Tony and his team provided an outstanding service to me and my family as sellers, and we also bought our new place via Home Connexions. All members of staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, making the process very easy with their industry expertise, and regular communication. I hardly ever had to call them during the process, such was the regularity of their updates / feedback and they are a business who absolutely know their industry and territories inside out. I even got updates when required outside of normal hours when required from the owner, and this flexibility and bespoke approach was so helpful in such a busy and modern fast-paced world. A review probably isn’t enough to express our gratitude to Tony and the team at Home Connexions – Stuck in truly awful experience with another agent and a looming deadline set for an onward purchase, I emailed the HC office to explore their services on a Friday night. By Saturday a member of the team called me back, advising that the owner – Tony Shand – would arrange to phone me. He did so that same day and then came to visit us on Sunday night. Pretty sure that’s his day off but this guy lives and breathes his business and really cares about offering the best possible experience for the people he works with. He spent an hour and a half with us that evening. Tony was honest with us but encouraging, appraising our advert and giving what would prove to be sound advice for moving forward. I alerted him to our deadline and Tony guaranteed we would meet it well in advance, and explained how exactly he and his team would do that. We came off the market on Monday and everything was seamless thereafter – fraud checks Tuesday; photos Wednesday; back on the market Friday. When our photos and video tour arrived, we were genuinely blown away – the quality of the photos were superb, and the video tour elevated the property more. We could see the number of views on the video climb in line with viewings which were booked in steadily throughout the following week. We went from sitting on the market and in limbo for 7 weeks with just six viewings, to TEN viewers being secured and diarised within 3 days of going live with HC. We received an offer in excess of our home report by Thursday morning – less than a week after going back on the market as a new listing. When I phoned Tony to thank him, he explained that this is what estate agency services in the UK should look like. It's my view that it’s not like this was something extra-ordinary at HC and the quality here is simply part of the service. In addition, Tony essentially made good on his guarantee to us and our onward purchase is in motion. Home Connexions were in contact with us in some way, every day from the moment we registered our interest in their services and their advice at the point of offer was invaluable (thank you Karen). They also sought proof of funds as part of the process to strengthen confidence in the offer we accepted. The HC team supported us through our anxieties and were delightful in their approach – this was something our viewers also commented on - everyone was consistent, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging. With that, it doesn’t feel enough but we offer sincere thanks to all at Home Connexions – Karen, Christine, Cara, Emma, Kenny – if there is anyone I have missed I apologise - thank you so much for your support, direction and understanding every step of the way.... I have used home connexions twice for my flat and my house sale and their customer service has been excellent. Tony and Kenny turned up exactly on time for the valuations arranged after work when it suited me and phoned to advise when they were on route, i got the costs there and then and the photos were arranged the same week. The ladies in the office couldnt have been nicer, they always phoned to advise of viewings and called the next day with the feedback and were really friendly and professional and both properties sold quickly. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend home connexions to anyone and i would definitely use them again.... Read more

We used Home Connexions to market and sell our home in East Kilbride and I cannot express my gratitude to them enough, in particular the office staff that went above and beyond to help us achieve our sale. We had a rather difficult experience with our initial buyer pulling out very late on however the office staff were incredibly supportive and managed to find us another buyer within a few days to help calm what was a very stressful time for us. Karen and her staff were always free for advice and support and really make you feel like you are their only customer, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The marketing photos and presentation video are levels above other agents we have used previously and really make a difference.
