Called regarding a commercial property available for rent. The man on the phone, 'Dhaval' was rushing to get me off the phone. He told me he will ask the landlord if the unit is suitable for my business and will get back to me. Its been 3 weeks now, no reply. Not a good service at all. If its a no, take 2 minutes to let a potential client like myself know! Annoys me when a business cannot deliver on customer service.... Read more

She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions and queries from us with full confidence and quick to reply to emails, texts and missed phone calls. Frannie is the most unhelpful staff member, as she is inconsistent in her information delivery, telling one person one thing and another a completely different. She doesn't answer the phone, even after you leave your details, so you have to keep calling, and once she does, you just wish you hadn't because she is so unhelpful. Update: She has seen this review and has sent me a series of unnecessary passive aggressive texts in response to this very honest review. She then arranged a time to call me back failed to do so, once again demonstrating her lack of professionalism and responsiveness.... Read more

From start to finish my experience with reign was tip top professional, friendly, and most of all speedy! From the start I had Frannie taking care of everything from arranging viewing to helping me with applications. Any problems or errors that I had with applications she found and rectified for me almost immediately and I can’t thank her enough! From viewing the properly she had me moved in within a matter of 4-5 days which was brilliant. Brilliant customer service. Also after moving in any questions I had about utility bills and meters etc she was more than happy to help and contact the appropriate people to get me sorted. Thank you Frannie. Great estate agents so far!! We were interested in two properties, the first we liked slightly more though we later found out would not be ready in our time frame, we then applied for the other one. Sapna helped us through the process replying quickly to any questions we had. We had a viewing quickly before signing in which she went above and beyond helping us take measurements ready to move in! She was very professional throughout the process and consistently stayed in contact even when not in working hours! The property had been cleaned since the viewing on a Friday to the Wednesday we got the keys! The contracts and referencing were all sorted out in that small time period (mostly due to her working during non working hours) in which there was also a monday bank holiday! Renting with Reign was a great experience. Sapna and her team were very responsive and would sort out any issues (of which there were very few) very promptly and adequately. They would respond to e-mails quickly and tried to help me to find a tenant to replace me when I wanted to move out earlier than my agreed year long contract. Sapna has also been great with regards to the deposit, which is always a concern when leaving a rented property. She met me at the flat and did the online paperwork there and then to ensure that the deposit reaches me promptly, which I really appreciated. We rented from this agency for 4 years. The application process was easy, we had everything documented. Throughout the tenancy the inpections were carried out in a friendly manner, Sapna was always very responsive to queries and had repair works sorted out in time. The checkout process was made very easy, we had the checklist emailed to us in advance, the handover was no fuss and no surprises. I had an awful experience especially when I asked for the deposit. I managed to have it back only after 7 months, although I kept emailing them. My emails were ignored till the day I told them I was going for legal advice. Magically, 3 minutes later the money was in my bank account. For sure the worst estate agent in Leicester.... Read more

The worst possible agents ever i told that i will be moving in the new apartment before hand for 3 months and when i got into the apartment,it was dirty and it wasnt cleaned at all.The worst part was the didnt even care to check under the bed as i was cleaning there were many snacks and even a used CONDOM came out of my bed and i was pretty disgusted.Reign lettings does not provide the service that you expect.They would email you if you are late for payment but if u want something in return it takes forever.... Worth 0. Time wasters. When you trying to move out and get deposit back, they start to ignore your emails and phone calls. My boyfriend still having all disrespectful bullying Sapna's answers. He went though nightmare get back his deposit and even he left place in better condition when found they didn't give back all deposits. They even deleting Facebook reviews. Horrible Avoid as much as possible. Don't have any business with them!... Read more

Stay away!...don't fall for the promises! I came from India to UK for short term assignment and rented a flat from them.They kept me telling that they would clean the house and bring it to acceptable living condition before handing it over.On the 11th hour they handed me the property in very poor state, mouldy , dusty , smelly and what not. I had to take the property as I had no place to live and had family with me.We lived in that property for a week in agony.When I complained they tried to even intimidate my family as we were new to England. 1 advice ....stay away!... Rang re a house to let in Markfield on Monday morning 17 2 14 , was told person was not available and would ring me back , person who answered was female and unhelpful and sounded totally uninterested , Rang back tuesday at 15.30pm to ask why none had called us back and was told in no uncertain terms that I did NOT ring and speak to anyone yesterday!! as the person I was speaking to was the only person in the office on Monday and she had not taken our call!!???.She was as uninterested today as she was yesterday , if this is the sort of service one can expect , my suggestion to REIGN REAL ESTATE is that you are losing business due to this person.
