Armani and brother abuse their customer and when you stand up to them the call social services just to intimidate you, but the need their licence removed because they are putting young children lives in danger. Abuse comes in many different ways. Mouldy house and damp bad enough to hospitalised my 8 year old daughter. Please check to see if your deposit is secure because I have signed a document to protect my deposit and when I contacted the deposit protection agency I was told that my deposit information was not the one on the document. When renting with this agency please check your document and the relevant organisation your money is protected with.... Read more

Rude staff Doesn't even know how to deal with customers Bad service will never recommend them to anyone I have never seen any agency like them Edited- Not 20 mint late Sir,l even made video when l arrived there.Also the arrival time of my taxi as well I was only 5 mints late There's a way of saying Property has been taken by someone else, but you were very rude early in the morning Thank you... I'm extremely disappointed as my family and I were eagerly waiting for the agency member to arrive for the property viewing, especially with a child in tow. Regrettably, they provided us with an appointment for viewing, but they failed to show up. Despite multiple attempts to reach them by phone, they have not been responsive. To our dismay, we were later informed that the flat had already been taken.... Read more

Arranged viewing for 12 today, 12.18 still no one from company there. Lady that arranged viewing on her day off and asked us to contact office but office number kept cutting us off. No alternative but to leave. Extremely poor service will not use the company again. A very rude chap just called me and asking if still interested in viewing??? I asked was he joking waited at property for nearly 20 mins, chap said the person showing us around stuck in traffic but didnt leave office till 12.10 anyway!!!!! No apology at all, then said if im not interested leave at that and cut me off. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... Read more

Avoid at all costs. Appointment to view a property was at 12pm and no one turned up or answered the phone. Estate agent rang at almost half 12 to say the agent didn’t leave till 10 past 12????? Then passively aggressively said well if you aren’t interested leave it at that. No apology, no accountability for the fact that no one turned up, no text to say would be running late - what a joke of an estate agents.... Read more

Absolutely disgusting, non professional and disappointing service (lack of). Had a viewing that was pre booked, Armani & Bros Estate did not show up to the viewing. No call before the time we were meant to view the house to provided an update, not picking up ANY there phones nor are they responding to messages.... Read more
