It was our first time with this estate agency. Unfortunately, we experienced poor customer service: The property’s full address (including the number) wasn’t given so we had to find it ourselves by going off rightmove’s photos. Didn’t receive a confirmation email for the viewing. Lack of communication on the day of the viewing - waited outside the front door when the preferred entrance was the back door which we weren’t informed of. Should have been informed that offers were made before the viewing as the agent knew beforehand we weren’t immediately ready. Therefore, we would’ve had the option to cancel the viewing without wasting everyone’s time.... Read more

Aaron went over and above from the very first enquiry we made to Ashcombe, through to the completion of our house. He was knowledgeable, friendly, never pushy and always so considerate to what we wanted as buyers. We were provided with photos, video tour, social media posts and our property was sold on the very first viewing!!
