We found Mathews polite and efficient. They were spot-on with the valuation and cheaper than some of their competitors. They were also responsive to the client's wishes and advised without seeking to impose their own ideas or preferences regarding price and terms of sale.

Poor communication Very slow off the mark Lacked interest. (2 weeks before sales manager came to look around the house) after 8 weeks in a very buoyant market Left and went with another agent. Very disappointed as valuer was great.

Their percentage charge includes their VAT... no hidden charges and good value for money.
All employees were pleasant and very helpful, always available when needed.
