Candy has been professional and understanding, always providing prompt responses to any questions we had and kept us informed along the way. Despite not being in London, she was super open to having one of our friends view the property for us. Would definitely recommend!

We enquired about a property which we were interested in and up to now the response we have gotten from Astberry’s has been great. Candy especially, has gone out of her way to answer all our questions promptly and we have been able to put in an offer which we are comfortable with in a timely manner. It is safe to say that few agency’s are as involved and treat you in such a professional way.

I have been a tenant in Battersea and I can only recommend Astberrys.
Our superbly located flat in Theatre street was newly fitted and renovated.
We had an easy and uncomplicated process securing the tenancy, with no hidden fees and endless list of additional charges, but a simple check in.
Monica and Candy were both quick to respond and help with any enquiries we had throughout our stay, and the dedicated maintenance team is an added bonus to their services.

I have been renting with Astberrys for over 2 years. I found them very professional and approachable. From viewing the property, to signing my tenancy agreement and onwards.
On the very rare occasion that I have had to contact them, they get back to me straight away with an answer/solution.I would recommend Astberrys to anyone looking for a residential letting.

Very good agency, always very responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent a flat in London. Every time there was an issue with the flat, the handyman would always come very quickly and fix our issue.

Very good agency. Professional from the beginning of the contract and helpful throughout my tenancy.
They were very understanding of my situation when my tendency was ending during covid and extended the contract for the time needed on a monthly basis.
Easy to communicate with and always answer to my emails very quickly. Every time I had some necessity/faulty with the flat the handyman was easy to contact and available to come in and fix the problem.
Definitely recommend it.

I have been renting with Astberrys for around 4 years. I have never in my years in London had an agency that took such well care of their tenants. They are incredibly organised and have available a maintenance team that is lovely, and will always solve any issues in the flats in hours. Their rent prices are very competitive and the locations are also great. If you want to be relaxed when renting knowing that the company you’re dealing with, actually cares about you, go with Astberrys. London needs more estate agents like them.
