They provide excellent support from start to finish and are always there to help. The stock at the West London houses are particularly fantastic. 18th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)I have just rented an apartment in London through the White Estates agency and I have been very happy with their level of service.<br><br>The apartment was exactly as depicted in the photos, no negative surprises. I wanted to make multiple inspections and they were always available with less than 24h notice in order to let me in.<br><br>Important note: they were the only ones managing the specific apartment. You couldn't find it in multiple (often misleading) websites.<br><br>They have taken care of all the minor adjustments I have asked for prior to my check -in and they went above and beyond with replacing used items with brand new ones (like the moquette in the bedroom), something I hadn't asked.<br><br>There were some minor things that needed fixing which I discovered only after I lived in the place for some days and the agency's response was always the same: fast and efficient.<br><br>They also assisted my with the transfer of the utility bills under my name and the necessary bureaucracy which can be a pain in London.<br><br>Special thanks to Stefania & Karl for making my move to London smooth and pleasant.<br><br>I definitely recommend White Estates to anyone looking to rent a house in London.<br><br>Athanasios Mougios

After my tenant only remained in the property for five months, William managed to re-let my property within just one day and at a higher rental figure. That level of efficiency, professionalism, and market understanding is incredibly rare. What impressed me most was not just the speed, but the confidence and reassurance throughout the process. William remained proactive, communicative, and completely in control at every stage. In a market where many agents simply react, William genuinely leads from the front. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in achieving the best outcome for their clients rather than simply going through the motions. His work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under pressure deserve real recognition.
