Hogarth Estates is an extraordinarily professional, careful, well-run company. They managed our property for several years while we owned it in a competent, attentive manner. We live in the United States, so we relied on the people at Hogarth to take care of our house in London when we were not there. They were responsible and trustworthy, and we had full faith in them to address anything that came up.
Sally Makepeace-Taylor was an excellent agent, who responded promptly to all of our communications. She invariably gave us great advice, and took care of all issues that arose with our house.
When it came time to sell the property, Alex Jerram expertly shepherded us through the process. He was personable and meticulous, and found us a buyer with the greatest skill. Beyond capable, he made the difficult procedures of selling tolerable and comprehensible for us.
The people at Hogarth were a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend their services to any and all, without any reservations. An amazing firm overall.

Excellent service! My husband and I have been living in one of this agency properties for 2 years and from start to finish all the staff were professional and attentive. Especially Sally Makepeace-Taylor: she is absolutely the best property manager we ever met, 5 stars to her professionalism, always efficient in dealing with any problems and so friendly and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hogarth Estates agency to anyone I know!

Amazing efforts from Sally! A top negotiator, consistent and very professional. From the start to finish, everything was organised extremely well. She delivered on time and there was no issues. I would definitely recommend working with Sally and Hogarth Estates.

I have been dealing with Sally Makepeace-Taylor as I have had some issues with things in my rented property and she has been amazing. Firstly she has come back to me promptly every time, she answers all my questions and she has been on the ball and got things done straight away without having to chase her. Sally's customer service is 5* and it is so nice to deal with an agency who get things done and so quickly as well. This has taken away a lot of stress for me and I appreciate all the help that Sally has given me. I would highly recommend her and Hogarth Estates.

Extra star for Sally. She was absolutely amazing and managed to move me in as soon as I had to. A lot of stress was upon her but she dealt with it like a boss and met all of my needs. Would definitely recommend them and if you can, Sally is the one to turn to in terms of advice and paperwork. Very Happy.

Sally at Hogarth´s Estates provides a 5 stars service. We rent a long term apartment with them for the last 5 years now and Sally has always been there for us. Sally comes back to us very quickly at all times and provides solutions on a consistent basis always with attention to detail too. Sally manages our landlord relationship as well which I must say we are very happy with, as he´s very flexible and always attends our solicitations within fairness through Sally. I believe we have a great service and fair relationship with all parties involved and we enjoy and appreciate it very much. Thanks Sally for your service and for being with us for so long.
