Hogarth Estates is an extraordinarily professional, careful, well-run company. They managed our property for several years while we owned it in a competent, attentive manner. We live in the United States, so we relied on the people at Hogarth to take care of our house in London when we were not there. They were responsible and trustworthy, and we had full faith in them to address anything that came up. Sally Makepeace-Taylor was an excellent agent, who responded promptly to all of our communications. She invariably gave us great advice, and took care of all issues that arose with our house. When it came time to sell the property, Alex Jerram expertly shepherded us through the process. He was personable and meticulous, and found us a buyer with the greatest skill. Beyond capable, he made the difficult procedures of selling tolerable and comprehensible for us. The people at Hogarth were a pleasure to work with. I have been dealing with Sally Makepeace-Taylor as I have had some issues with things in my rented property and she has been amazing. Firstly she has come back to me promptly every time, she answers all my questions and she has been on the ball and got things done straight away without having to chase her. Sally's customer service is 5* and it is so nice to deal with an agency who get things done and so quickly as well. Sally at Hogarth´s Estates provides a 5 stars service. We rent a long term apartment with them for the last 5 years now and Sally has always been there for us. Sally comes back to us very quickly at all times and provides solutions on a consistent basis always with attention to detail too. Sally manages our landlord relationship as well which I must say we are very happy with, as he´s very flexible and always attends our solicitations within fairness through Sally.
