when my house was empty and i was worried to let out, i approach Atco estates to let out my house. they found a appropriate tenant within two weeks and also i gave them property on management. After one year from the date the took over my hose on management i had no issue at all and they provide me hassle free service and very cost effective too. i recommend this agency to any one if he looking to let out their house on management service its excellent.... they are very rude and unreliable the property i rented through them had so many problems the boiler didn't work and i contacted them so many times in winter i had to use a electrical heater because the central heating didn't work i had to stay 6 months in that place even though i gave them 2 months notice they said i cant leave before 6 months other wise i will lose my deposit. They should not run this estate agent.... Read more

They are fraud people dont trust them , they charge you too much rent bcz they need money for their fake visas. Bad properties.illegal workers ,too much rents . Council should ban them for cheating people and this countey... Read more
