I met with Mark for a flat viewing and he was extremely kind and accommodating with any questions and concerns I had about the apartment, the building and the location. He was very efficient in communicating via email and phone when I required assistance and further information. Alex and the team at AW Childs were absolutely outstanding! I initially bought my flat from Alex several years ago, and after having a not-so-great experience trying to sell it with a larger estate agents, I decided to give Alex a call. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process - constantly kept me up-to-date, chased solicitors and was always contactable (even out of hours). From then on, no matter viewing arrangements or any questions, they almost always replied the same day.
