At the end of 2023, I was looking to move more centrally to rent for a period after selling my flat. I only viewed one flat, which is the one Mark showed me, as I immediately lovely it and he was super helpful and the process from then on was seamless. Any queries I had at the beginning of my move were answered fully and speedily and any issues arising during the tenancy that required the attention of the landlord (through the managing agency AW Childs) have been dealt with appropriately. I met with Mark for a flat viewing and he was extremely kind and accommodating with any questions and concerns I had about the apartment, the building and the location. He was very efficient in communicating via email and phone when I required assistance and further information. Alex and the team at AW Childs were absolutely outstanding! I initially bought my flat from Alex several years ago, and after having a not-so-great experience trying to sell it with a larger estate agents, I decided to give Alex a call. He was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process - constantly kept me up-to-date, chased solicitors and was always contactable (even out of hours).
