No-one said that selling property can’t be an enjoyable experience, which is why I’m writing such a positive review. From the get-go Ayre Property Services were proactive, knowledgeable and networked. Gaynor went the extra mile and then a bit more to find suitable buyers and get the sale completed without stress or complications. We’d definitely use this company again for any property sales; they did an outstanding job and were a genuine pleasure to work with.

Gaynor was extremely helpful and accommodating. Communication between us both was very good and she helped me to chase up third parties when required. I had sold and completed on my former property before buying my new one. However, there were some separate issues when purchasing that had nothing to do with the new place, Gaynor or her service. Gaynor held good counsel and gave great support to me whilst being patient until these difficulties were overcome. I sincerely hope that with the current climate that Gaynor continues to go from strength to strength because she works hard for vendors and buyers. I couldn’t be happier with my new forever home. Thank you so much Gaynor for all you’ve done in helping me achieve my happy ever after.

First class estate agent named Gaynor. Excellent communication and wise counsel is assured from Gaynor. Whilst I was not in a chain having already completed on my house sale there were some issues with me relocating from the South of the UK. However, Gaynor was patient and very accommodating. I was reassured and felt I was in good hands. To be honest Gaynor is the nicest and most efficient estate agent I have encountered. I wish her continued success particularly in what is presently a difficult climate with the current mortgage interest rates that undoubtedly must affect her line of work. Huge thanks Gaynor in helping me find my forever home I couldn’t be happier.

Wasn't open or honest from start, withheld significant information from client to obtain listing, failed to attend appointment arranged by them at their convenience, failed to pass on an acceptance of an offer promptly, poor communication & administration, didn't attend or accompany viewings, failed to remove 'Sold STC' notice from listing in shop for weeks after sale fell through, struggled to find prospective buyers where subsequent agents did not. Not recommended.

Gaynor at Ayre Property Services was pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge and understanding of the local area really did save the sale from going under. There's no way larger estate agents would put as much effort and determination in to a sale. Her communication was second to none. I would highly recommend.
