I would avoid this estate agent at all cost. I hired them to rent my flat on Cadogan Square and the tenant that they put into the flat stop paying after the first year. I had to get them evicted and hire lawyers to get past due rent. I am owed £50k. Lazy due diligence was done on the tenant, no real background checks, no copies of passports. The tenant's name was Alexandra Katrina Williams. Ayrton Wylie have been no help. The collected their fees and ran away from the situation.... Read more
