I recommend this estate agents. Sue Thomas and I have been through a roller coaster of a time on a house purchase. And she was always keen to keep it on the straight and narrow and to keep things moving. This was reassuring a a first time buyer. Not knowing exactly the next steps in the process. She was so clear and kind to give us the answers we needed and what needed doing. And at the end of it the gift given to us was lovely. We can’t you and all the people at Barker & Healey enough. ????

I purchased my apartment through Barker Healey and despite numerous issues with the seller, the staff at Barker Healey went above and beyond to assist me in getting the purchase through successfully. Emma, Sue and Rachel are all lovely Ladies who will do their very best at all times for you.
Ours was an extremely complicated sale/purchase that took 6 months and was shear hell all the way. Nevertheless, the Ladies did their upmost to see it through at every level and Emma especially is very good at getting the results you need as fast as possible.
I would not hesitate to hire them again for any sale and would be relieved if I knew they were selling to us also. Don't bother going elsewhere! Barker Healey is 10/10.

We used BH to sell my mum's house, I cannot recommend them highly enough. In what proved to be a very complicated and problematic chain we found them to be very responsive and always chasing things for us, keeping us informed on developments made the whole process a lot less stressful. I was alittle uneasy with the fact we had gone into lockdown, but the process was smooth, professional and they followed all the practices set by government guidelines in operating during these times safely. Barker Healey gave a much higher figure than the others but they sold it within a a few days after asking for final bids from several competing interested parties. The team are helpful, professional and kept us well informed. We were delighted with the service that we received and have no hesitation in recommending them.

I used Barker Healey to sell my house based on competitive fees and the fact that it was Barker Healey who I purchased the house through 4+ years ago. The house sold within 8 weeks and even better I was offered the asking price. The team played an important role orchestrating communication between the two solicitors which always seems to be a sticking point. My only constructive criticism was around photo's to showcase the house better, but we got there in the end. :-) Thank You
