They provide an extremely poor and unprofessional service. They failed to tell us about a major leak and rats in our flat prior to moving in but instead told us our delay in move-in date was due to redecorating. Instead, we found out about this event due to our kitchen and bathroom floor falling through to the neighbour below a week after we moved in. This was due to the rats (which we had to sort out) chewing through pipes. Additionally, during our tenancy, we had a major gas leak which we reported to Baron and they failed to do anything about it and said the pipe wasn't a gas pipe. Instead, we called out the national grid who had to do an emergency repair as it was indeed a major gas leak. These events show their complete disregard for care of the properties and safety of tenants. Finally, on countless occaisons they fail to respond to emails and try to blame technology and other colleagues when we go in to speak to them in person to sort out problems we have had.... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PROPERTY! They are absolute scam artists! Can never get hold of anybody on the phone and when I do I’m fobbed off with lies and excuses. I trusted them to rent out my property and it was broken into and items stolen. They are currently in the middle of a lawsuit with another client for the same issue. Awful service. Very unprofessional. My agent will not reply to my emails and when I reach out to other agents in the agency, they say there’s nothing they can do about it. Also, our heating wasn’t working and at night temperatures would reach below legal health and safety regulations, and Barons ignored us and never fixed the problem. Very hostile and inconsiderate towards student tenants... Read more

These are the good guys, in a world of average and beige, Baron Residential stand in the moral high ground of golden light. Their places are high standard and well appointed, spotlessly clean and serviced regularly. On one occasion, living on my own, I was late so left without washing my plates from the night before and breakfast things. I came home that evening and my pots were washed and stowed away. Excellent service, I don't expect you to do my washing up! James and the team are friendly and helpful, both attentive and laid back at the same time, if such a thing is possible. The properties I stayed in had fabulous transport links and I could not fault the wifi. As I say, these are the good guys and very highly recommended.... Read more

Ordered trough airbnb, was a mistake so the apartment I was supposed to have wasn’t available. James got me an upgrade because of the mistake, so it all worked out perfectly with an even better apartment! The apartment was clean and nice. I highly recommend Baron residential.
