Whiteford Properties have managed my rental house with a high standard for 5 years. Oliver offers a highly personalised property management service that’s professional and efficient. I have been comfortable leaving Oliver to make day to day decisions in the management of the property (e.g. gas and electricity certificates) and he has done this over 5 years with excellence. He elevates issues quickly and seeks to offer helpful solutions. He has a good network of tradespeople to call upon for property maintenance. The lovely agent Oliver very professionally emailed me saying "Stop emailing" when I tried to rent a property from them. Whiteford Property may be a codename for a comedy club because their agents are jokes. If you are considering renting a property from them, you will have a better chance of screaming at the building, and I bet the bricks can offer better customer service!... Read more

I signed a lease with Whiteford properties. I thoroughly read the lease and naively believed that it’s contents would be accurate. Upon moving in I realized that it was not. I was told By Oliver Whiteford that I could move out due to the circumstances but my deposit would be held until I found a suitable replacement. I found it immoral that I was being held to the terms in the lease when my reason for leaving was that they had not upheld their terms. I would not deal with this company in the future.... Read more
