Bought an expensive radio from them, they posted it, all seemed well. Until I saw on DPD's website that I have received whilst in fact I did not. Had to run around knocking on neighbours' doors and checker whether they picked it up - no. Telephoned them, was told they posted it to a different address. I asked why and was talk that the person who packed it is away and they call me in 10 mins. In about 15 mins they called and said they can arranged a pickup and redelivery. I said I will do it myself but if there is anything wrong with the radio, I will hold them responsible. Guess what they said? They said 'ok bye'. No apology, nothing! Well, at least I know where not to buy my radio gear.
P.S. P.S. 11.09.2020 - I got a call yesterday from the store. They apologies for this and offered a super acceptable solution. Sadly, there is no way to add comments to the review, so I am now going to amend this one. It was originally one star review but since the issue has been quickly resolved, I am going to put 5 stars!
