There is rubbish everywhere and rats running around. No parking . No action when bought to attention. Have had to get Environmental Health involved. Disgusting

2nd house in 2 years sold thru Alpha. This time around was possibly the quickest and smoothest sale yet. That just means they found and qualified the best possible buyers. They convinced me to advertise slightly below my desired price but managed to get what I wanted in the final sale. Thanks again Rory and the team at Alpha

The agents are only helpful to get you to rent the flat, once you actually move in they are useless and unbelievably rude. They take advantage of students and treat them in a very condescending way, never reply to enquiries unless its time to pay. And at the end of tenancy try to scam you of your deposit. Do not recommend.

Did exactly what they promised they would do. Discussed selling strategy and clear with what price we wanted then strategy they suggested worked so well we got above asking price. Kept in contact and took 4 weeks from first agreement to sell to have confirmed sale. What more can you ask for.

Alpha Residential is not an estate agent I would recommend to the student population in Egham at all. They take advantage of students and do not treat them with the respect they deserve with the use of pressuring emails. In addition, while they are friendly, they’re not good at working with students. I recommend to students to rent with other estate agents in the area like Nevin and Wells.
