Gave great service and were efficient and helpful throughout. Any queries held were dealt with quickly and the checkout service and return of deposit was easy. Would recommend for anyone looking in the area to go with Alpha, just a shame there is no physical location available.

There is rubbish everywhere and rats running around. No parking . No action when bought to attention. Have had to get Environmental Health involved. Disgusting

I had pleasure of dealing with Rob. He’s professional & extremely helpful. I’m buyer & seller of property both via Alpha and Rob went out of his way to update me on weekends & during week despite having to cover his colleagues during holidays. He’s also provided me regular updates via what’s app. I’m not sure when people get impatient & write negative review but given my experience I won’t hesitate in recommending Alpha & Rob. Thank you

Alpha provided a high quality service to ensure me and the other tenants had a good time at the property we stayed in. Communication was great between us and the estate agent, and all problems we had in regards to the house where addressed very quickly. I highly recommend Alpha for this reason when looking to rent, as they will see to it that you have a great experience with them.

2nd house in 2 years sold thru Alpha. This time around was possibly the quickest and smoothest sale yet. That just means they found and qualified the best possible buyers. We had the pleasure of Rob on our viewing today. What a great agent, he couldn't be more helpful. Definitely felt like nothing was too much trouble.
Update: We bought a property through Alpha residential and can not praise Rob highly enough. He was fantastic at making everything go through quickly for us. So approachable and always on hand for any queries. Absolutely 5 star!

The agents are only helpful to get you to rent the flat, once you actually move in they are useless and unbelievably rude. They take advantage of students and treat them in a very condescending way, never reply to enquiries unless its time to pay. And at the end of tenancy try to scam you of your deposit. Do not recommend.

Did exactly what they promised they would do. Discussed selling strategy and clear with what price we wanted then strategy they suggested worked so well we got above asking price. Kept in contact and took 4 weeks from first agreement to sell to have confirmed sale. What more can you ask for.

Alpha Residential is not an estate agent I would recommend to the student population in Egham at all. They take advantage of students and do not treat them with the respect they deserve with the use of pressuring emails. In addition, while they are friendly, they’re not good at working with students. I recommend to students to rent with other estate agents in the area like Nevin and Wells.
