Nevin and Wells are an independent agent with national coverage via the ‘movewithus’ network, who have successfully been moving clients for some two decades. We are a very hard working, passionate and dedicated estate agent with a wealth of experience. We have in excess of 100 combined years of working in the local property market. Director Paul Nevin and Partner David Wells offer a combined 50 years of experience working the local markets and like most of the staff, were also born in the Egham/Staines area.

We had the pleasure of working with Nevin and Wells and can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were involved in quite a long and complex chain, and without their proactive and diligent approach, the process could have easily dragged on much longer. Their communication throughout was excellent—they kept us informed at every stage, chased things up when necessary, and always made us feel like a priority.

We had a buyer after two weeks, Josh helped us negotiate through the various phases, and David recommended an excellent lawyer to help us through the process. David Wells and Josh Taylor did an excellent job for us, right down to suggesting a starting price other agents agreed with, and estimating how long it would take for a potential sale to go through all the stages. Josh helped advise us during negotiations, and helped us keep track of things at the house while we live abroad.

I recently bought through Nevin & Wells and was highly impressed with Mike. From start to finish Mike was on hand to answer any questions and accommodated a few viewings on the property whilst keeping communication clear between the seller and our solicitors.
Every time I spoke with Mike, he was very approachable, honest and accommodating, unlike a lot of other estates agent I have dealt with when buying property, it’s a real breath of fresh-air dealing with someone who genuinely cares.
