I truly cannot recommend Bay Tree Estates enough. When we made the decision to put our property on the market there was no doubt in our minds that we needed to go back to the Agents that sold us the property in the first place! We had such a great experience with Bay Tree Estates buying our first property and it was no different selling it. Katie and Suzie were so knowledgeable, supportive, honest and patient with us throughout the entire process. They kept us informed at every step of the way and made sure to seek constructive feedback after each viewing which we really appreciated. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we’re obviously in very strange times in the UK but Bay Tree’s communication did not slip one bit. I received responses to my emails the same day and somebody was always available to answer the phone to my weird and wonderful queries. Despite everything that is currently going on we managed to complete and exchange 3 months after the offer was accepted on our property, which I honestly do not think would have been possible without Katie and Suzie’s support. During this very difficult time the sale of my property went belly up!!! Not surprising I guess...however with the support & negotiation skills of Katie, I was able to secure a letting arrangement with the potential buyers at a future date when the world is back to "the new normal". So despite the sale not happening, things could have been so much worse, thank you Katie for going above and beyond & getting involved in this. I bought my house through Bay Tree estates in Felpham. Being completely new to the area Katie & Suzie at Bay Tree were instrumental in making sure that the move went as smoothly & stress free as possible. Nothing was too much trouble, from dealing promptly with any legal issues to checking whether my sofas would fit in the sitting room! I can't speak highly enough of the service I received and if I could award 6 stars I would!

Highly recommend.
