We had a wholly positive experience in working with Bay Tree on our sale. At the beginning of the process everything was organised very efficiently i.e. sales particulars, photos, EPC rating etc. We also received valuable advice on how best to present the property in advance of viewings.
Once an offer was accepted, communication was excellent at all times. Katie and Suzie liaised effectively with the buyers and with conveyancing solicitors, keeping us up to date with progress and actions required on our part. Again, good advice was available on tackling the inevitable hitches which arise e.g. post-survey.
We would have no hesitation in instructing Bay Tree in the future. The service provided was very impressive, and at a very competitive rate.

You are in very good hands if you choose to sell/buy a property through Bay Tree Estates. Katie and Suzie were extremely supportive in guiding me through the sale of my late parent’s property. They really went the extra mile, especially as I live quite some distance away and was unable to attend in person. They are a family run agency and it shows in the way they care about their customers. Highly recommend.

Bay Tree Estates were really helpful with all aspects of our purchase. We were new to the area, but they are so knowledgeable, a real local family business feel, with a great understanding of the area. I don't think there was a question or query that they couldn't answer. They also directed us to local solicitors for the purchase.
I can't rate them highly enough, they made every aspect of the purchase easy.

They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and we can’t recommend them highly enough.
Their knowledge of the local market is extensive, and they always have a recommendation, for any trades or services you may need along the way.
In the final throws of bringing the completion chain together they were great in staying on top of all the legal details and in nurturing the process through to completion.

Katie and Suzie were incredible. They asked all the right questions to understand our personal circumstances and any concerns we had right from the start. After being on the market for 4 months with an online agent with no viewings, they managed to get people in the door and secure an offer at the right price in just 4 weeks. We are so grateful to them for their hard work and our plans for our family we’re not put on hold down to the efforts they put in! Communication was outstanding any they fought to progress the sale and liaised with all parties throughout to get things over the line. Cannot recommend Bay Tree enough and worth every single penny!

In a very hot market at the end of 2022 buying a new home in West Sussex, Felpham was to end up being a challenge. I am just incredibly pleased that the house I finally chose was being offered for sale through Bay Tree estate agents. Katie and Suzie were just absolutely the people you want on side when things get tricky, and they did.
Thank you for the amazing help and support you gave me in achieving my purchase while dealing with sometimes bizarre issues. In my opinion it was down to both of you being so neutral and professional between buyers and sellers that secured me the right home. I Will always be grateful.

We dealt with Bay Tree estate agents in Felpham during our house purchase 6 yrs ago and we chose them for a property sale in recent months.
Katie and Suzie are very professional, as ate their team. At the start of the recently completed Sale journey, at the arranged property viewing, Katie presented me with a pack containing several similar properties on the market to help with positioning of an appropriate asking price for the property. Clearly some thought and homework had been done.
Terms were agreed and agreeable. Required documents were presented in a timely manner. Upon request we were recommended a conveyancer, which worked out very well. Both Katie and Suzie advised and updated us throughout the sale process. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell a property.
