Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the area the bungalow was in. Kept me updated with viewings arranged and the outcome. Useful app to track interest. As I’m a fair way away advised me on state of the property and suggested ways to improve the appearance, eg tidying the garden, reducing the amount of furniture etc. My only slightly negative comment is the price the bungalow was originally put on the market for. In hindsight, with all the work needing doing, it was put on way too high initially. A good job all in all.

Overall a positive review. Have purchased a house with Your Move and found Ainhoa was excellent with chasing up and helping us push the sale through at a good pace.
There was one slight hiccup nearing exchange which could have been managed slightly better, albeit not fully in their control due to the situation. Overall would recommend.

I cannot recommend Your Move in Bognor Regis. I mistakenly signed a 20 week contract with them, from which they would not release me, although they were not finding any suitable buyers for my property. They did not point out major selling points during viewings, and they "encouraged" me to accept considerably lower offers than the asking price, although they had valued my property and said they expected it to sell easily. I felt they just wanted me to accept any price so that they would get their fee. I have reluctantly given them 1 star, which is for turning up on time for viewings. Thank goodness my contract has now ended but I have wasted 20 weeks of my life, and am no nearer to moving. I am aware that the property market has changed this year due to the financial situation and rising interest rates, but I had no confidence that Your Move were acting in my best interests. I am extremely disappointed.

We bought a house through Your Move, so we can't comment on how they are from a selling perspective but from the Purchasing side we've been really impressed. Ainhoa, who was the estate agent we worked with, was very quick to follow up information, she's excellent at getting things done and wrangling everyone towards the finish line. I was served a no fault eviction two week before Christmas, the papers for which did not arrive till well after due to postal strikes which left only a few weeks for me to find somewhere new to live. I found it impossible to get into contact with them to discuss this, even after calling multiple times and receiving promises of a call back soon. Nobody bothered to call to confirm whether I had even received the papers in the first place.
When I did eventually get through to someone, I got little support or explanation as to why I was suddenly getting kicked out after a tenancy of almost 3 years and no suggestion of any other suitable accommodation they may have available to rent, just a half-hearted confirmation with no interest in any further discussion. It very much feels like they are on the side of the landlord and not here to assist the tenant; it took me (and subsequently the landlord) multiple calls to even get somebody to draft a final rent bill for the last couple of weeks (which was the first time I ever paid my rent late).
I understand that an agency has no bearing on whether or not the landlord decides to sell, but they ought to do much more to support a tenant facing eviction, even if it is just to help look for somewhere else to rent or calling about the notice, rather than relying on the Postal Service- otherwise, is there much point in an agency in the first place?

Wow what a Journey, this was the second time I purchased a house and was the first time I purchased a house with a chain. Totally naive regarding a chain I really thought there would be nothing to worry about. But after months of waiting and interest rates rising getting a new mortgage started to seem less likely. And the chain was on the blink of collapsing.
Time was not on our side and especially when you have very inefficient solicitors. Not just a big deal for me but also two other family's wanting to move homes, the stress of selling and buying in chains is something I really didn't consider.
I can categorically say without doubt that without Ainhoa's 100% dedication we would have never exchanged contracts. She was not only dealing with our side of the chain but all other solicitors with daily chasing up emails and consistent finding out where we are in the progress of the chain. After a few months of hard work Ainhoa managed to have full communication with everyone in the chain to get them to work together.
This is just one sale for your move but I would like to praise Ainhoa with my upmost gratitude for also helping out with the whole chain and going totally above and beyond her duty's. Her dedication saved three family's this Christmas. Thank you so much.

A friend has just brought a flat in Bognor po21 2JD. That had been on sale a week with Henry Adam’s, but your move have the flat next door on the market since November.
The reason my mate brought number 5…… good selling techniques and good placement of a for sale board.
Your move do not seem to care. They just sit in the office. Awful service.
And the price was the same, so they can’t use that excuse.

If your looking to be a Tenant I would not recommend going with your move they do not look after tenants it's all about the landlord.
Matter what they say when you leave you will not get your full deposit back one way or another they will Take it.
So please try of agencies 1st

Edit: real shame to say that at the 4 month mark a lot of promises made by agents are now not being respected and instead contradicted. Having spoken to Hayley about some concerns I had it was distressing to then be patronised especially as an autistic individual who finds these sorts of calls stressful. I was cut across time and time again (I have a stutter and this is really damaging). The blame was then shifted onto her colleagues. Bad form. Please take responsibility for your short cut taking job performance and lack of customer service.
Jamie and Sophie have been wonderful, such a shame it's now been handed over to an unempathetic robot- this is coming from someone with Autism so that's really quite an accomplishment.

The process with Your Move from beginning to end has been made smooth, stress free and exciting in a way you sometimes don't experience with rental agencies.
I believe this is at least 99% down to the luck we had in having Sophie as our agent. She has been so efficient and meticulously managed all stages of our move including with my guarantor.
I would go so far to suggest that if signing up with this branch as tenant or landlord to ask for her specifically.

This is the worst estate agent if you are thinking to go with this estate agent you will be very sorry. Jaimie Walker the manager of the branch of Bognor Regis(a compulsive liar)is like a car sales man. For 2 years they been taking my money to manage my property unfortunately this was the worst decision I made they allowed the ex tenant Jon Mitchell so called carpenter(said he had a company in london. Lies) to trash my property steal my garden furniture stole my keys stole fixture & fittings change a designer mirror in the bathroom to install a cheap bathroom cabinet. He took all the terracotta pots in the garden. The worst thing he stole a statue of Buddha. He ripped a shelf ,left wire hanging. Your move do not visit the property to check anything. They put unemployed people into properties . They do not check whether the tenants their direct debits to tenants don't have to pay rents. Tenants always break their 6 months clause without any reprisals. So you keep paying for new tenants. While tenants are in they breaks things ripped doors,rip radiators your move don't get the tenants to fix all this instead the landlord has to fix all this. What the tenant did took pictures before stealing things forwarded them to A.. Hole Jaimie Walker the deposit was returned as they did not do their job to check the property

I must say that from day one, the service I received was excellent.

Steve Sherlock was particularly involved in the process and had to negotiate a number of challenges, including those presented by the pandemic. However, although Bognor is some distance away, and there are 4 Lettings g agents in Littlehampton, they nothing compared with a young lady called Darci who rents my properties. Darci at Your Move rents them all much sooner, and is helping me with advice on the new legislation as Darci is always well ahead of the latest requirements.
I admire Darci and her work at Your Move. As they are always coping with constant changes with legislations, government, tennat fees are not being charged to prospective tenants, change to universal credit etc. These things cause a multiple landlord like myself much worry, but having a agent as great as Darci gives me great reassurance and a splendid service

I been hesitant to leave bad review as hoped that everything will be sorted.
I moved out of the property 1st of March my check out appointment was 4th of March. I have not got reply about my deposit until 27th of March even though I tried to contact local branch few times a week. My emails were ignored.
27th of March email came through that landlord wants to apply charges which long story short I am disputing and let's say it's not down to agency to fight my corner even though I do believe that they didn't even look at inventory or check out appointment notes.
This could not just be it as on 4th of April I got email saying that remaining of the money from deposit been transferred To my bank account . However today is 17th of April and still have not received my remaining deposit. First of all been told that "account department" didn't send money through then I been told that money been sent through on 11th of April but as of 17th of April no money to be seen. Unfortunately staff were only pleasant when they wanted good review for renting out the property but after moving out staff been dismissive ignorant and not wiling to help.
I been sent from one person to another and apart from saying that it was sent to someone else bank account I have not heard anything else.
Hovewer today story changed and I been told that correct bank account was used but now nothing will be done till money comes back to your move bank account. I appreciate that company can't just give out money untill they figured out where is it but is there any need to make me feel stupid and be rude to me on the phone when I all I do I am asking FOR MY MONEY and I been waiting for weeks now.
I also wrote a complaint to your move complaints department purely of how I been treated and how for over 3 weeks I had no answer about my deposit but guess what - I have not received email back from them either.
I would honestly advice to avoid this lettings agency by all means.

When I moved up from Cornwall 7 years ago he was the only advisor that I spoke to that recommended a portal mortgage that was perfect for me. Then 2 years later he sorted a 5 year fixed rate mortgage for me that didn't cost me anything, and the lender he found for me gave me money back for using them. Darci our lettings agent has been a breath of fresh air her bubbly character and way of making you feel that your needs are the most important has made the whole process very easy and even enjoyable! from first viewing to getting the keys. We have recently rented a property through Your Move Bognor Regis. We are extremely impressed with the level of service we received. A huge thank you to Darci and Danielle who led us through the whole process and were totally professional and empathetic when dealing with our many telephone calls, and there were many! I want to leave a review in regards the service we had with your move in Bognor Regis.
And all the good services go to Darci and her team who seem very professional and efficient in everything and not leaving any small detail behind.
We had about 10 viewings before we’ve done our last one with Darci to rent a flat in Aldwick.
This flat ticked all the boxes and contains all the essentials, and the application process runs smoothly with Darci and we didn’t need to do much as all the effort was from her to complete our application and make our house moving happened.

Special mentions go to Darci who was friendly and professional when dealing with first/second viewings and also very on the ball throughout the referencing process in providing regulate updates. Also to Angela who was very, organised and professional when dealing with a couple of minor issues after moving in which were resolved pretty quickly and to our satisfaction.
