Absolutely brilliant service. We will definitely use James at Bayzos to sell our property. He came out and valued it for us and the pack of information he put together was so detailed and thorough, it has given me confidence that he really knows what he is talking about. The service has far exceeded any other estate agent we have dealt with previously. We decided not to sell because of the current economic conditions... the timing just isn't right for us but when we do we will be selling through Bayzos. Highly recommend!

After accepting an offer on the property, Karen who works within the sales progression team was a delight to work with. I have nothing but praise for the team who were extremely helpful during the long drawn out procedures with solicitors. Gary was extremely informative from the start and Karen, was amazing getting answers the solicitors should have been chasing! I was regularly informed of progress.
However, I was not impressed with their recommendation for solicitors ‘Dezrez Legal in Swansea who I lost trust in completely by the end of 6 months!
Having said that Bayzos are really good and professional.

It took us a year to sell our property from when we went on the market. There was quite a bit of interest initially, and we got two offers. We accepted what appeared to be the better offer. Unfortunately, shortly before exchange of contracts our buyer appeared to get cold feet and pulled out. We went back on the market and again had a lot of viewings. The agent gave us positive feedback after each viewing. However, this did not translate into offers. It was a bit frustrating that Bayzos did not follow up to find out why the viewers did not subsequently decide to make an offer. After a couple of months viewings started to die down and Bayzos tried some creative options to revive interest. We did then get an offer, but the buyer was not able to sell their property. After another month we got another offer, which did eventually translate into a completed sale.

Got the keys to our new house today. I have to say that the team at Bayzos particularly Karen and Gary were brilliant. Things were a little tense at the beginning with negotiations but Gary soon smoothed things out and everything went really well. Bayzos are not an estate agents, they are people who want to help you sell your house. From the very start of the process the team did not feel as pushy and disinterested as other agents we had spoken too. They really took the time to understand what we needed, why we were moving and what we wanted from our property. It was this people first approach that lead to us deciding to go with them as our agents.
From there on the whole team have been fantastic. Throughout every step of the process they have kept us up to date and answered any questions we have had within a few hours Every member of the team was profession and polite, and all felt genuinely invested in the sale of our property. Right the way through to completion they were there to offer support, which was muchly appreciated when things got stressful towards the end.

Bayzos are the BEST of the best. When we first went to instruct an estate agent, we had a few quotes from multiple agents and the decision to go with Bayzos was genuinely easy. Christie was knowledgable, friendly and genuine from the second she came to chat to us. You can tell from the second you meet her that they will do the best they possibly can for you throughout the process - and that’s exactly what we got! Gary conducted our viewings, providing us instant, detailed feedback and the team provided weekly WhatsApp updates throughout the first few weeks of the process. We experienced quite a lot of pressure from the top of the chain and some solicitor issues closer to exchange - Karen was nothing short of exceptional in helping us sort it and I don’t believe we would have if she hadn’t been there. I used Bayzos to sell my late mother’s bungalow, I was feeling a little apprehensive about how to go about selling the property and didn’t have much confidence after having visits from other estate agents. Our daughter suggested trying Bayzos as she’d seen their boards outside lots of properties in our local area. I made an appointment and Gary came to meet us at the property. I instantly felt comfortable with him and he filled me with confidence about the sale, telling us what to expect, how much it would cost etc, from then on everything was plain sailing. We were kept updated each week with how the property was performing and had feedback on all the viewings they had. As soon as we had an offer and accepted it we had weekly calls advising us of the progress. Everyone I had dealings with at Bayzos was both friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again, I highly recommend them if you’re thinking of selling your property.

I am reluctantly having to sell my home and the team at Bayzos have been nothing but great with communication, can do attitude and answering all the questions I have. They tend to use whatsapp where possible which is perfect when i work full time and in meetings. They send updates, reports and all the viewing responses and feedback right away so you are not stressing about what is happening next. They did photos navigated my tenants needs with lots of care and all round helped things move forward.

Hi Gary Director,
Since you are obviously confused, here is my explanation to what really happened on the 22nd.
A booking was made to view a property, confirmed by Email.
You arrived late to the viewing, as you approached you did not introduce yourself merely said “you for here”?.
We were taken aback slightly as you didn’t come across as the agent, scruffy and without any property details. We replied “If you mean the Viewing, then yes”, and proceeded to follow you onto the driveway. Halfway along the drive you told us “go back, I have to get the property ready”.
Taken aback at the manner of speech and attitude we returned to the footpath, only to be shocked at the lack of security as you removed the key from under the front door, mat in full view of the street. Once you called us in we entered the porch where you barked “No shoes in the house”, (on viewing with other agents we have been informed prior to viewing and have brought overshoes or slippers)
My partner replied that she was without socks and would no go in barefoot, the implication was health and safty. She said to me that I should go in alone and she would wait.
At this point you, Gary Director, went from being curt and snappy to raising your voice claiming that she was being rude to you, you refused to listen to any response.
Feeling extremely uncomfortable I replace my already removed footwear and made to leave, my partner said that we would be contacting the office, your reply to this was “I AM THE OWNER, SO DON’T BOTHER”. As we walked down the drive we passed another party arriving to view.
This is the reason why I have chosen to give a one star review.
Your accusation of verbal abuse is offensive, your specious claims to witnesses are designed to appropriate credibility dishonestly.
Thing you did right
1 Enforced the vendors wishes regarding footwear indoors
Things you did wrong
1 Failed to identify yourself
2 Failed to identify persons entering your clients property
3 Failed to protect your clients from the risk of burglary, by placing a key under the doormat
4 Failed to arrive on time
5 Failed to inform potential purchasers about conditions relating to viewing
6 You were rude
7 You refused to listen to a response
things you could have done differently
1 Arrive on time
2 Introduce yourself
3 Check the identity of viewers ( I have two on my list, whats your name?)
4 Give pertinent details at time of booking so viewers can come prepared, and possibly have a box of shoe covers in the car
5 Don’t be curt or rude when conducting business
6 Get a key cut, don’t risk the vendors home by being lazy
7 Do not double book viewing unless you are able to accompany everybody.
8 Be polite, listen to responses rather than just repeat demands louder.
9 When potential purchasers express concerns about going barefoot into a strangers property, offer to rearrange so alternative footwear can be brought along to the viewing.
I doubt that your fledgling company will survive your mismanagement unless you seriously amend your poor practices.

All persons from this agency are tricky persons, asked me documents for aip, said to me you are potential buyer,
but someone made us aware that something is weird, we receive from another mortgage advisor a quotation for 150000,£ 870 per month, I realized that it could not have a mortgage for £200000 for £ 890, more over than that, the lady from the office (one of them) from that agency she was in rush to close the phone, so I would reccomend to all persons who wants to use this agengy to Don t do it, if you Don t want to be dissapoint it. DON'T FORGET EVERY HOUSE WILL FIND THE OWNER.

Great experience with Bayzos who were able to offer a premium service rivalling established go-to/franchised estate agents. We had 14 viewings booked within days of advertising, enabling a sale to be agreed within a week.
Top points were strong marketing including photography & 3D tour, communication through calls and WhatsApp throughout the entire process and low fixed-fee pricing.

You get what you pay for and Bayzos where really cheap compared to others. If you’re into using Wats App then don’t go with them as this is the way they communicate or via recording. Very little traditional one to one conversation. Very keen to drop the price of your house within a few weeks for a quick sale instead of waiting a while. I rarely write reviews and when I have they are mostly bad until now. Having had 2 well known established estate agents try to sell our home with 30 minutes spent taking photos and then throwing details up on Rightmove, after 8 months and approx 12 viewing we were starting to give up hope of selling our home. While looking for another estate agent I noticed the reviews on this site for Bayzos who I had never heard of. All the reviews were great. I spoke with Gary and asked what he would do differently to the other estate agents we had tried. He explained the importance of a back story explaining and selling a lifestyle rather than just our home. To explain why we have loved living in our home over the last 15 years. He also stated no contract tie in and if we didn’t feel Bayzos were doing a good job we would be free to move to another estate agents at any time. Within 1 hour of phone call I had information arrive from Gary on how they would attempt to sell our home. Also noted they were very reasonable priced compared to other estate agents. We thought we had nothing to lose and signed up. Best decision ever. Alice arrived a few days later and spent half a day taking great photos and a video to showcase our home in its best light. We received weekly reports on market in our area and what prices similar houses were selling for. After every viewing we received feedback almost immediately and after approx 12 viewing over a 6 week period we received an offer over asking price. Then Elizabeth looked after us linking house chain and ensuring all went smoothly and although chain did break Liz quickly got things back on track. We have now exchanged contracts and are due to complete shortly. Gary and his team are very professional, friendly and hard working. Nothing is too much trouble, we had advice of which solicitors to use and even on the property we are buying which is being sold by another estate agents. At crunch points Liz emailed us late into the evening just to keep us updated and in the loop. Bayzos might be a relatively new name in estate agent business but they are the standard all other estate agents need to rise to as far as we are concerned. If you are considering selling your home then we would definitely recommend Bayzos. We would like to say a big thank you to Gary and all of his team.

Of all the estate agents we have been working with to view and find the property, we were absolutely blown away with the professionalism of the team at Bayzos.
The level of detail provided on the initial viewing was so intricate our follow up queries were minimal.
Then, when it came to making the offer, the website was simple to use and quick to submit.
The to between putting the offer in and getting accepted was rapid. Never mind the receipt of the sales memo and communication.
To summarise, we would highly recommend working with Bayzos. It is a shame we only got to experience the purchasing end, as I feel this team would of made the experience we had selling our property much better.

Absolutely, the best estate agent we have ever used. Had been with the local established estate for 3 months and had hardly any relevant viewing.
Within minutes of meeting Gary and understanding the Bayzos approach to the market, we’d decided to proceed with this relatively new estate agent.
The Bayzos team switched into gear and within 2 weeks we’d had several realistic viewings and received an acceptable offer on our home.
It was the same house as photographed with the previous agent but the Bayzos photos were of a much higher standard. With the 3D tour facility as well, we felt our home was presented much more professionally.
First offer did fall through but nothing related to Bayzos but again within 2 weeks we received more viewings and another acceptable offer, which also concluded in the sale of our home. Brilliant throughout the complete process.
Bayzos is THE estate agent to use 100%.
I have recommended Bayzos already and will continue to recommend Bayzos to all.

I've decided to leave a review for Bayzos whilst my property is still on the open market with them. It has been on with Bayzos for around 20 days, and I can honestly say, the Bayzos team are the best agent I've had dealing with when buying, selling or renting a property. I have worked with at least 6 local agents over a 20 year period, and they have stood out from the rest. Along with being the expected professional, knowledgable and flexible agent you would hope to work with. Their response time to calls and messages, from the initial property valuation to going live, viewings and correspondence throughout, has been faultless. I'm not someone whom normally leaves reviews. But on this occasion, I feel I should give credit where credit is due.

The Bayzos team are a local family business that go the extra mile to provide a superior service. That is their charm but also their success. I was sceptical about how they could possibly achieve what they said on their pricing strategy but the truth is that they are professional, efficient and friendly. My husband and I felt completely supported throughout the whole process. Gary knows the market and he turned into more of an advisor to us, helping us find our new home as well as selling ours! Liz is lovely, has the patience of a saint and goes above and beyond to get things done. Alice took beautiful photos and clearly is talented too. 10/10 all round. A Must Use Estate Agent. After using two other Estate Agents prior to moving to Bayzos I realised straight away Bayzos were working at a much higher standard, which is also backed up by my quick sale! I can highly recommend Gary and the entire Bayzos team for marketing our house and successfully selling our property within two weeks of it going on the open market.
We’d had quotes from both Purple Bricks and Danes and Bayzos beat both competitors on both pricing and conveyancing charges .
The video and pictures of our house were first class really showing off our five bedroom semi in a very professional manner .
The team also kept me updated on the sales progress as we progressed through its sale to exchange and completion of its sale.
So in summary even though we sold our property in the Solihull area and Bayzos’s presence being predominantly focussed in Coventry Meriden and Balsall Common and growing wk on wk in the Solihull area, I’d highly recommend there involvement, you won’t be disappointed.
I have to admit I was a little unsure at the beginning not knowing our direct sales footfall , however they carried out a thorough sales history of house in our vicinity and pitched the sale price securing a very favourable return, I wasn’t disappointed.

Efficient throughout the process, keeping me up to date on progress and promoting my house to maximise the interest shown in my property. It was a comfort to have a package without any additions, to allow for ease in budgeting. I just want to say a big thank you to Gary and the team from Bayzos Estate agents! I had three estate agencies round to value our house with a view to selling and this made Bayzos stand out even more. Before I even met Gary, on the phone / via email he was professional, articulate and enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the market but the things that stood out for me were his communication and the ethos of the company! Whenever I’ve been in touch since about anything at all, Gary is very quick to respond and give the appropriate information. I have found his customer service second to none. This, I presume is part of the ethos of the company. They go over and above like advising you on properties you’re looking to buy to make sure you’re getting good market value and having staff with a design eye to help make your property look great for the photos. Lots of thought has gone into this company. The other two agents were pleasant enough but they took time to get back, there was no urgency about them and they were also much more expensive! To be honest, if they had all charged the same price, Bayzos would still have gotten my business for their fresh approach and efficiency! Second to none! Because of their attention to detail , they are assured enough to say, no tie in, no charge unless we sell, so there is literally no risk to the customer. They either do a good job and get paid at the end or not but they have been amazing . I only write reviews these days when I come across a real gem and this company are just that!

He talked us through setting up Zoom before sharing his screen that showed the comparable properties. After showing Gary around our home we all agreed on a marketing price. I had a viewing at the weekend at a property in Coleshill. I received confirmation instantly after booking the viewing as well as a reminder 1 hour before.
The listing on Rightmove answered all the questions I had on the property and the process to make an offer was extremely simple via Bayzos estate agents website.
I have already sold my property but if I hadn't this experience would have ensured I used Bayzos. I have however registered as a buyer.
