Having sold my house through Bayzos, I can only recommend Gary, Karen and all the team. A difficult market and a number of unforeseen issues causing problems along the journey but all handled professionally and effectively. Would recommend to anyone.

After seeing many houses, Bayzos Estate Agents have been the best so far. They are very knowledgeable about the properties and I love the format of greeting you with all the information at the start of the viewing and then letting you look round the property. They are welcoming, professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Bayzos are the BEST of the best. When we first went to instruct an estate agent, we had a few quotes from multiple agents and the decision to go with Bayzos was genuinely easy. Christie was knowledgable, friendly and genuine from the second she came to chat to us. You can tell from the second you meet her that they will do the best they possibly can for you throughout the process - and that’s exactly what we got! Gary conducted our viewings, providing us instant, detailed feedback and the team provided weekly WhatsApp updates throughout the first few weeks of the process. We experienced quite a lot of pressure from the top of the chain and some solicitor issues closer to exchange - Karen was nothing short of exceptional in helping us sort it and I don’t believe we would have if she hadn’t been there. I can’t thank them enough - I would (and have!) recommend them to everyone I know. ?? ?? ?? ?? ??

I used Bayzos to sell my late mother’s bungalow, I was feeling a little apprehensive about how to go about selling the property and didn’t have much confidence after having visits from other estate agents. Our daughter suggested trying Bayzos as she’d seen their boards outside lots of properties in our local area. I made an appointment and Gary came to meet us at the property. I instantly felt comfortable with him and he filled me with confidence about the sale, telling us what to expect, how much it would cost etc, from then on everything was plain sailing. We were kept updated each week with how the property was performing and had feedback on all the viewings they had. As soon as we had an offer and accepted it we had weekly calls advising us of the progress. Everyone I had dealings with at Bayzos was both friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again, I highly recommend them if you’re thinking of selling your property.

I recently had the pleasure of using Bayzos to sell my investment property in Coventry, and I can honestly say they exceeded every expectation I had, especially considering their competitive fee of £1980. Having dealt with numerous estate agents over the years, Bayzos stands out as a true leader in their field.
The quality of marketing for my property was second to none; it was clear that a great deal of effort and expertise was put into presenting my property in the best light possible. But what truly set Bayzos apart was their exceptional communication. They consistently kept me in the loop with both their performance metrics and the status of my property in the market, which in the world of real estate, is a game-changer.

We used Baysos to sell our house- they were recommended by a friend. The team were friendly and did not disappoint. They set-up a WhatsApp group which made communication very easy. Everytime we had a question someone from the team would reply back as soon as possible. We definitely recommend Baysos for selling your property.
