You will NOT find a better more helpful estate agency.
Our sale wasn’t without issues as most sales are but Brodie has been on hand to sort everything out. From advertisement and sales strategy to sourcing a buyer then through to completion has been nothing short of outstanding. The golden thread that has run through our sale has been friendly and efficient communication. It’s been an absolute pleasure and I would 1000% recommend Brodie and Beecrofts to anyone who is looking to sell their house.

After numerous enquiries, after being told I'm on waiting lists for calls about viewings and being rudely cut off phonecalls, this company is a disgrace. I have an email today telling me there's over 20 threads of my emails asking about properties. I had 1 viewing to be told I couldn't apply as someone had been accepted. Worst part is they took over my old letting agent All Set To let who were superb and now I can't even get a viewing. Laughable really. I used to recommend this company to everyone but now I won't even try anymore myself. If I could give minus 5 stars I would
