I’ve been a landlord with Beecroft since 2018 and up until recently, things have been pretty hands off because they take care of everything. But after my last tenant moved out, the property needed a fair bit of work and that’s where Freya has been amazing. She’s made a potentially stressful situation feel so much easier. From helping coordinate the work to being really flexible with access for contractors picking up keys, nothing has been too much trouble. She’s been on it the whole way through. Absolutely fantastic customer service provided by Lettings Manager Freya Hewett from start to finish. Having recently left a marriage and my home, I needed a place to rent. I spoke with a friendly staff member initially about a property I was interested in. On completing an application online, I was contacted by Freya and after expressing my inexperience to letting a property she was very helpful and reassuring, explaining the whole application process and what was required. Freya always got straight back to me on email and was always available on the telephone when I called to question anything. I then went to meet Freya in the office to collect the keys to my new rental and she was just as friendly yet professional in person, an absolute credit to Beescrofts.
