No show to a viewing. I emailed them to complain about it and was ignored.

I’m honoured to have finally be graced with a response. Of course you can’t see any cancelled viewings as my no-show viewing was in MAY 2024. I did email you sometime afterwards and never received any response either. You can keep assuring everyone that this never happened, however, another person who also turned up for the viewing was also never contacted. We both called you on 2 different numbers, we both received an automated reminder and the other viewer even called you the morning of the viewing and was told it was happening. She traveled some distance just for that viewing! I think I gave you more than enough opportunities to sort it out and you replying at the end of this year is now pointless and clearly serves to present yourselves in a good light before you ignore or upset more people in the new year. So no, I won’t be contacting you as I have enough to do before Christmas. I’m only relieved I didn’t rent anything through your agency.

I moved out of this property 6/02/23 and 2 months later still waiting for my deposit back. The company have totally ignored my emails and calls requesting an update on it. £680 they owe me!

I dealt with an employee called Helen , she arranged the viewing of a property in Mathers Avenue very quickly but after that she ignored us . She was arrogant unlike other employees at other housing companies .We have been chasing them for two months to sign the contract after our agreement to pay 12 months in advance but every time when we call, she tells us “ I will call the landlord and come back “ but she never does.
I felt like we are begging her to sign the property knowing that when we offer to pay 12 months in advance to other lenders , all other agencies were welcoming. Yesterday I viewed another property with different estate and today we have signed the contract ( everything runs smoothly unlike dealing with this company which wasted our time )

Probably the worst of the bunch that we dealt with when viewing houses. Completely unhelpful and incompetent. If you have to go with these make sure you ring up because they don't look at emails, and be prepared for some condescending remarks over the phone.

I know that these have been difficult times for everyone during the pandemic but this hasn’t stopped them offering and providing an excellent service. I would recommend this dedicated team.

As this was my first and only experience with renting out my flat, I was very happy to use Belvoir as they seemed extremely professional and all my questions were answered. I've had 2 sets of renters and both have been fine as far as payments. I have an older property and things did need to be looked at from time to time, but throughout I felt Belvoir kept me up to date and allowed me to investigate the issues while managing the tenants expectations.They also have a good selection of Builders and Plumbers, etc who were able to act quickly to sort any issues and they were reasonably priced.
Great Team from Sue on reception to Steve who handled my account. Wouldn't hesitate using them again!!!

Having bought an investment property to rent in Liverpool, Belvoir Lettings were by far the most helpful and professional letting agent in the Liverpool area and I rang at least 12. Their service and knowledge of the area and the rental market is exceptional and they go above and beyond to help. The experience within this Branch far out weighs other letting agents in the area and it has been an absolute pleasure renting my property with them. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. So if you are a landlord or a tenant please give them a call! You won't regret it!

We cannot think of anything but positive words to say about the team at Belvoir Liverpool South. We had a complex and deeply personal situation that had prevented us from finding a rental property previously; however, after an initial conversation with James, and assurances / assistance from Steve, we managed to find a beautiful home and managed to overcome any hurdles with the assistance of Belvoir. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate a move-in date before Christmas, which means that our two little boys will be in their new house for Christmas. We couldn't be happier, or more grateful. They are all simply outstanding. Thank you for everything!

I've had a succession of good long term tenants with very little gaps. From viewing the property to making my application, Belvoir have been attentive, flexible and incredibly efficient. I was kept up to date with at every stage that of the application process and communication with the team was faultless.

Could not recommend Belvoir South Liverpool enough, me and my partner decided to move during a global pandemic (clever, I know) - However the professionalism displayed by Steve and James is unparalleled. During the viewing James kept socially distance, knew his stuff about the area/property and also gave me a full breakdown on how it works (we are new tenants, so didn't know a lot). They went above and beyond and made moving easy and less stressful than I anticipated. I had a few questions once I was in the property and they couldn't of been more helpful, so you can tell they don't care about just getting anyone in the properties they list- They make sure you're happy once you're in and if not, how can they help further. Both Steven and James are a credit to Belvoir - I urge any new tenants to strongly consider Belvoir!

I am moving from Switzerland to Liverpool and have had a really rough time finding a place. Going through different agencies, all of which very friendly enough but very unreliable (not answering emails, promising to get back and then never do etc.).
Finally, with Belvoir, it was a completely different experience. Zana was quick to respond, always very straightforward to communicate with and just a godsend through this difficult task of finding a new home abroad.
I specifically enjoyed to finally have a personal connection and not always have to repeat my whole story with every phone call simply because yet another agent had picked up who had never heard of me before, like it was the case with several other agencies.
If anybody asked me where to start looking for a place in Liverpool, I'd recommend Belvoir in a heartbeat.

A poorly ran estate agents that are quick at arranging viewings but everything after that is slow and hard work.
They never answer emails. You then have to chase them via a phone call where they will probably not have an answer. They will then promise to email you back and won't. Really do not recommend because they haven't got the basics right.

I've used Belvoir for years to rent out my house. Martin and his team have always been incredibly helpful and responsive, sorting issues out as soon as possible for either me as the landlord, or the tenants. Martin in particular, is always happy to speak, regardless of time of the day - on one occasion when having tenancy issues, he was at Disneyland with his family! I can't rate them highly enough - I am confident that you'll be pleased with the service provided.

As a landlord I have been using Belvoir for years. Last week, they have just secured another tenant for me, with minimal changeover time and fuss. The quality of tenant is always better when secured from Belvoir, we now only use them exclusively to tenant the house. They are receptive to all our requests and needs and knowledge of the local market is second to none. Couldn't recommend then highly enough, they are helpful in every possible way. Excellent service as always, thank you.

Currently a tenant of one of Belvoir’s properties and have found them to be amazing letting agents! Their website is easy to navigate and the team were really helpful when I came into the shop. Being my first rental, I was quite unsure of what to do however they guided me through the whole process of applying for the property. Very responsive to maintenance queries and always friendly. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
