We had a great experience and service from Tracey Rogerson-Wilson at Marshall Property Estate Agents when purchasing our first home. The property we bought, I only initially went to view to get design ideas as it was decorated beautifully but a little out of our budget. I explained this to Tracey who a few days later had explained our situation to the sellers and were willing to agree on a price we could afford. Tracey was helpful throughout the whole process. Acting as liaison between us and the sellers whenever we had any questions and helping to organise dates for the survey and other more in depth assessments of the property. Both Tracey and her colleagues at Marshall Property were friendly and never pressured us into using various in-house services like other estate agents I'd been in contact with, which I really appreciated. We are both very happy with the level of service we received from Tracey and if and when we decide to move in the future, we will be using Marshall Property as the estate agents.... Read more

I must say a HUGE THANK YOU to Linda Longstaff, the Lady who handled my move. Nothing was too much trouble and she clearly works way beyond her hours as I was receiving Emails at 10pm in the evening and at weekends(Sundays) to update me. She also did everything she could to ensure that my bathroom and living room were suitable equipped for my move. On a downside I had an awful experience with GoodLord, the income vetting agents and they nearly made me pull out of the contract. My advice? Get rid of GoodLord and employ more people like Linda.... DO NOT USE: Absolutely shocking customer service, staff are rude and belittling. Concerns are not dealt with in a timely or effective manner. Staff have frequently hung the phone up and they have no urgency or understanding of maintenance issues. I would highly recommend you use a different estate agent. We have had sewage left in our garden for weeks, multiple leaks throughout the house with the maintenance team they sent using toilet paper to block gaps in the shower. The list of issues is endless.... Read more

Recently moved in and been a tenant for a couple months now. One incredibly minor hiccup during the moving in process which was very quickly ironed out. So far I've had minimal interaction with them during the tenancy unless necessary, and the maintenance issues reported were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Shout out to Holly and Angela - both have been great so far and I hope to remain a tenant with them for a while.... Read more
