I have been a landlord with Belvoir Peterborough since July 2004, and they have never let me down.<br>Most recently, Dan managed what could have been a difficult tenancy transition with professionalism and reassurance. He kept me informed throughout, communicated proactively with both the council and the incoming tenants, and ensured that the entire process was handled smoothly. I particularly appreciated the regular updates, which gave me confidence that everything was under control.<br>Aimee also deserves special recognition. She managed the transition of the property from one tenancy to the next with great professionalism. I still remember the condition of the garden and parts of the property when the previous tenancy ended. Through a well-managed checkout process, careful handling of the deposit deductions, and excellent attention to detail, she oversaw the property's return to an excellent standard, ready for the incoming tenants. Her organisation and commitment made what could have been a difficult transition appear straightforward.<br>I was very happy with Terry's team over twenty years ago, and I am just as happy with Dan and Aimee today. I hope we can continue working together for another twenty years.<br>Finally, I should probably apologise if I occasionally come across as demanding. It is never intended personally—I simply like to understand what is happening and keep on top of things. Thank you all for your professionalism, patience and support over the years. It is very much appreciated.

I cannot praise the staff at Belvoir highly enough for the work which they have done on helping me to sell my property. From the initial discussions, through viewings and negotiations and finally progress chasing an arduous chain Jacob, Alison and Rob worked tirelessly to ensure that I could sell my house and move on.<br>I recommend anyone selling a property in the Bramley, Tadley areas to use Belvoir. Really lovely people.

Difficult to judge when you have had little traffic to view the property with no explanantion as to why? Was it the wrong time of year, was it the advertising (little evidence)?
Value for money, we spend nothing.
The agency was friendly but lacked in keeping us informed.
