Unfortunately I can't recommend Belvoir. After an impressive initial presentation on how they would market my property, communication dropped off sharply once I signed the contract. I had to email them multiple times whenever I wanted an update or needed to chase an action from their end.
When I received an offer I considered too low and rejected it, the branch manager rolled her eyes at me - an unacceptable way to treat a client.
The due diligence on proof of funds was also poorly handled. I was told funds were available, then that they were in Russia, then that they had been in the UK all along. I'm still not sure whether this was incompetence or a cover-up.
From offer acceptance to exchange and completion took six months, and progress only happened when I threatened to pull the sale and move to another agent.
I can see that Belvoir has received many positive reviews, and I'm glad others have had good experiences. This has simply not been mine as a vendor. I have no doubt Belvoir will have their own response to this - but it is my honest account.

Staffs are kind and professional. Buying or selling houses from overseas could be an easy thing with the help from Belvoir.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from the Belvoir team during the sale of our home. Had a great viewing of a property in Cheltenham with Natalia W. She came prepared with a hard copy of the property spec for me to keep along with her card, though all my queries were aptly answered whilst we looked around the flat. Difficult to judge when you have had little traffic to view the property with no explanantion as to why? Was it the wrong time of year, was it the advertising (little evidence)?
Value for money, we spend nothing.
The agency was friendly but lacked in keeping us informed.
