From our first meeting with Dan we knew he was the right person in selling our property. We were moving from Liverpool back down south, and he understood the urgency for us to move back.
He always informed us of any feedback straight away, and we were always in communication which was very important for us.
We felt very supported, and knew we were in great hands.
Liz and the girls at the office were also fantastic, always responding to any questions or concerns that we had that needed answering. They always helped in anyway that they could.

We have just bought our next house through Century 21 and it’s been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Very easy to contact and arrange a viewing and wonderful communication as the house was under offer by several other people. We have mainly dealt with Liz since offer acceptance who has been exemplary! She is speedy at responding to any of our queries and also wonderful at keeping us in the loop with any updates from solicitors or letting us know when things haven’t been done so we can chase from our end to ensure a speedy process. She does all of this in a really kind and approachable manner. I found our last house purchase very stressful due to poor communication so it’s been wonderful to see how much easier everything can be when you have staff like Liz and everyone at Century 21 who are on the ball and happy to help. Thanks again everyone! And we look forward to seeing you upon collection of our keys to our forever home!

Was led to believe a property was secured for me (to let) as I asked to reserve it. Was sent a link to complete my details with open banking and credit check. Only to be told after I was going up against others. Credit checks should be done after the property is secured for you. I wouldn’t have done it otherwise.

What can I say? Great service from my initial phone call for a viewing on a property, being accepted for the property, communication from the office was brilliant and was kept in the loop with everything. When I had a query they responded really quickly, on move in day I received a welcome pack which was so lovely, would highly recommend this estate agents whether you are renting, buying or a landlord.

Of all the agents we had Dan from century21 South was by far the most professional. Unfortunately due to Brexit and coronavirus we lost our offers and decided to take our home off the market. When the situations are resolved we would not hesitate to replace our home with him. It is a large period property that needs work to sell and it seemed no one else apart from him was at all interested in doing anything to help .

I've found Century 21 great to deal with. Claire has always returned calls and emails promptly and has put a huge amount of time and effort into getting my sale to completion. SO much better than RightMove, who messed me around and wasted my time for months before I made the decision to switch to Century 21. I highly recommend Century 21 for their sensible advice, hard work and commitment to quickly finding a buyer and then getting to completion.
