The best experience I have had letting my property through Belvoir Lettings. The star of the service being Jeremy Wasden with his exceptional service. This is my 2nd year as a landlord letting it for the 1st time through Belvoir. The experience has been completely opposite to the one last year with another estate agent (it was fully managed service but I felt like I was managing it for them). At Belvoir, Jeremy's integrity is what I like. His communication both with me and the tenants has been great. Visits to inspect the property, listening to the neighbours, etc. I can not recommend enough. Jeremy has been a great help. To all the landlords out there looking for a 1st class service I have 3 words - "Peace of mind" - when you let through Belvoir Lettings Uxbridge.... Read more

After a month of trying to find a flat in Uxbridge, we have contacted many agencies, which proved to be incompetent(not being able to pick up their phone and not able to answer the e-mails within few days). Belvoir Lettings and Jeremy in particular proved to us that letting agencies can work efficiently and assist the perspective tenant if some problem occurs.
