Great experience moving in. Suitable properties were disappearing as quickly as they became available. The team at Biscayne sent me a video tour when I asked from Scotland, before I could get down. They were flexible about the date I collected keys. The property itself is stunning. Beautiful inside and well maintained. I hope more properties like this in Bradford are brought to market for people.

more bothered about getting they’re money. numerous calls about maintenance still haven’t fixed the issues. Told me the property had been fully cleaned. entered the property and found hairs in bath drain, inside of cooker was filthy, all dust and dirt brushed under carpet. absolute disgrace

I enquired about a property numerous times, by email and calls. Was told I would hear back and even after repeated calls I never did. I found it unprofessional and was told I would struggle based on literally no actual knowledge about me. Disappointing and not very professional.

Excellent and well maintained spacious apartments. Thanks For everything Biscayn. Really appreciate the way you guys have taken care of all this during such a crisis time.
I strongly recommend this agency for their dedication and service and their good quality properties.
If I return to UK I will surely comeback to Biscayn for my next accommodation. I enjoyed my stay at manor Apartment.

NEVER RENT FROM THIS ESTATE AGENTS !!!
LANDLORD IS MORE BOTHERED WHAT THE OUTISDE LOOKS LIKE THAN THE STATE OF THE REPAIRS THAT NEED DOING INSIDE TOLD NEUMEROUS TIMES IT NEEDS SORTING NOTHING IS EVER DONE!!! AND WE WILL BE CONTACTING ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH BECAUSE THE KITCHEN IS NO LONGER IN USE DUE TO SEVERE MOULD THAT HAS BEEN IGNORED FOR THE 6 YEARS !!!!! POOR POOR COMPANY AND I WOULD LOVE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE REGUARDING THIS !!!
