Dinsdales have managed 2 properties owned by myself and my partner for approx 18 months after having had a bad experience of managing the properties independently. Dinsdales Estates relieved the pressures for us which included managing the tenancies, ensuring annual landlord checks are completed within timescale and demonstrating their professional commitment and also managing the sale of both properties in a professional manner. We have had a very positive experience whilst they have been involved with us. All the staff are very professional, supportive and give attention to detail within their role within the company. Sam, Angie Yvonne and Nicky have gone the extra mile in ensuring that everything goes smoothly to reduce the stress of renting properties. I would highly recommend Dinsdales Estates as a property management option and as an estate agent being the representatives in house sales. I cannot think of any negative aspects of the service provision as all the staff have provided a very professional and committed service from start to finish which has also included providing contractors to complete the required repairs and maintenance of the properties efficiently when required. The services they provide is second to none and all at a reasonable affordable cost.
