As an experienced landlord, but a newbie to working with an agent, I have already benefitted by handing the reigns over to Dinsdales. A plus is the online system of reporting repairs but still having an input in the process. Now it is a much more chilled experience, since handing over responsibility for the whole process: of advertising, securing new tenants, on-going rent collection and repairs. Yvonne's help has been invaluable. Now just have to get accustomed to relaxing!
