Great service and value for money.
We chose Bowden Bradley to sell our house in Hainault, as they were a locally based but forward-looking modern agency that offered a competitive no-sale no-fee pricing structure.
We were immediately impressed with Robin's insightful market evaluation and emphasis on the importance of finding the right type of buyer as well as the best possible offer. At the time given the market conditions, without such guidance, it may well have taken us many more months to receive a good offer from reliable buyers. The quality of their photography and videography was great too and they were able to get us listed days after we signed with them.
We'd also like to thank Emilea, who did a great job in helping progress the sale and keep all parties updated - without which we may not have been able to complete before Christmas!

I enjoyed working with Joe at Bowden Bradley. Though we were unable to get the price we wanted, Joe's team did everything they could and secured a lot of viewings. Ultimately, the market wasn't right for what we needed, but I would certainly use Bowden Bradley in the future.

What a fantastic team of Estate Agents. Very professional, experienced, and pleasant.
I received a letter from them and I made contact. Robin came to see me and he assured me that they can sell my property in not more than three months. It happened just as he promised. Robin arranged for a block viewing and he got a buyer the same day. Very impressive.
I will recommend them at any time. Please, keep up the good work.

This agency is the best in the whole of London!
I have dealt with Robin and Will Nash in the past and as soon as they opened their new business I contacted them immediately.
I am SO happy and pleased they managed to book 22 viewings for my home within 48 hours and sold for the full asking price in 72 hours.

Having used Will for a number of years now and we cannot recommend him highly enough. His knowledge and advice when it come to finding the right mortgage is second to none.
Joe has also been round and advised us accordingly regarding what we can do to maximise our return when we come to sell later this year.
