We would highly recommend using Bradley & Co when looking to buy/sell. Fraser is not your typical estate agent. There’s no hard sell, instead he is honest, transparent and goes above and beyond on your behalf. We were fortunate to use Bradley & Co for both our sale and purchase which made the whole process a lot smoother.

I approached Bradley on Co via a recommendation and I have to say I was really impressed, they handled renting my property with such organisation and professionalism even when some external aspects were proving slightly tricky. I cannot recommend enough.

Don’t move in with these guys if you don’t want to live in a nanny state. When renting with Bradley and Co, I was subject to regular inspections, despite informing them that I wasn’t a crackhead. At one point, I thought it’d be nice to ‘give back’, and set up a bird feeder in my garden, at which, I was promptly informed that the landlord ‘loved birds’, but that I should take it down with haste. When paying £700 a month for a bedsit, you’d expect more. Would not recommend.

Throughout the whole buying process, Fraser and his team were different to every other agent that we have dealt with - Bradley and Co was honest, reliable and made an effort to keep communications flowing and clear. He saw that our offer and interest was genuine, so was on our side to get the transaction completed on a competitive property fast - it was such a relief to have the entire process run so smoothly and not be at loggerhead with the different parties involved! Strongly recommend Bradley and Co.

They are not series staff they advertising on website . When we call them said sorry that house has been gone last year .and still available on their website so bad staff and experience

They are the best estate agents i have ever come across. They go extra miles to provide best support to their customer. I needed urgent renting sorted, the support i have received was amazing. All other agents are giving no assurance where Bradley and Co given me keys in 2 days, that was amazing when you running out of time.
If i can i will give more than 5 star but there is no option.
Fraser and others in his team so professional and kind.
Me and my mrs were amazed with additional support they provided.
Once again thank you very much for your professional and kind support.
