Lawrence Rand helped me find and buy a house in Harrow recently.

They were friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. But they also went above and beyond in helping with me deal with a few challenging situations that arose.

One in particular was right at the end of the process, and it came as a surprise to all parties involved. Alec helped me resolve this under a lot of pressure, which I’m grateful for.

Another highlight was finding a reasonably priced company to translate some legal documents for me from German to English for me. I didn’t anticipate this being such a headache so finding a company for me was a nice touch.

Although this was my first house purchase and I’ve nothing to compare it to, it did seem like quite an involved process so thanks Lawrence Rand for the help!
