Some of the staff are soo lovely and helpful .like suzan . some just rude and arrogant. While they are speaking . Tend to have no patience and empathise with the tenant. Also tend to raise their voice on the guest while speaking over the phone . I do understand that it's not in their hand All they say is. It's not in our hands.
