From the offset I found Greg to be ‘person centred’ … so important as I’m elderly and on my own. He made the transitional process from putting my property on the market to purchasing another property easier given the shortage of affordable bungalows in my area.
I found Greg listened my concerns and he dealt with them diplomatically and reassuringly.
I was happy with the way my property was viewed by prospective buyers and because Greg gave a realistic valuation I received offers almost immediately and secured a sale. He looked after my interests, always insuring that my buyer was met and accompanied when they returned for second viewings.
Greg liaised with my Solicitor and the Estate Agent of the house I was buying efficiently and ensured Contracts were exchanged in a timely way.
Also other members of Coopers Team namely Ben & Alfie were easily contactable, approachable and helpful in his absence.

As buyers, Greg helped us find our perfect home! He stuck to our needs and wants and sent us many properties to look at and view. Viewings always went very smoothly and he would answer all our questions (no matter how many we had!) Although we had a property to sell, and sellers may not favour this, we felt that he supported our position when putting our offer forward even when competition was high. Once offer was accepted, Greg kept consistent communication throughout. He's the best and most favourite agent we have ever dealt with and would highly recommend (we even switched and used Coopers to sell our property who have been remarkable and we are so grateful for their service) thank you so much!!!
