    My wife and I moved from Ruislip Manor to the Vale of Glamorgan a month ago. It would be fair to say that we suffered numerous set backs over what seemed like an eternity to go through the sale process our house having been on the market for about a year. We initially went with another local agent in January 2016 but they had no joy finding a buyer. We subsequently instructed Coopers in May. That was the best decision we ever made. Ellie, Daniel, Josh and Bonnie were brilliant. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and just lovely people. They found us a number of potential buyers with several genuine viewings. We subsequently accepted an offer and also secured a property in Wales. Unfortunately our buyers were extremely unhelpful, uncompromising, basically down right selfish. This was a very stressful period for us but I have to say that the professionalism, empathy and support of both Ellie and Daniel in particular was second to none. They bent over backwards to be as fair and impartial as they possibly could however they had a very difficult task in the circumstances given the buyers attitude. After a lot of stalling cancelled move dates and other shenanigans we eventually moved to our dream house in Wales. The house sale was a real rollercoaster but thanks to Ellis and Daniel,s dedication, determination and patience we finally got there. Thanks guys. We are extremely happy in our new home and all the stress and upset are now a distant memory.

    Thank you Coopers for dealing with the most horrific house sale I have ever been involved with. Your professionalism, communication at all stages and patience in my most stressful time helped us all in achieving a closure on sale.     We bought our first house through Coopers. David, our primary contact, and Rico, who helped us out when David was away, were excellent. While we were not their clients, but the purchasers, they were both accommodating and very helpful. David in particular worked exceptionally hard to get updates from the sellers, liaise with the solicitors, and in general kept pushing to make things happen when other parties were rather passive, and kept us informed along the way. Overall the experience took more than a year, not their fault, but every team member we dealt with was very helpful, chasing where required. Thank you!

I have bought and sold property many times, and have always been left resenting the money spent on the agents in the past, but on this occasion I truly believe the service we received was worth every penny.     STAY AWAY FROM COOPERS. My boyfriend is currently trying to purchase a property that is being marketed by two estate agents, one being Coopers. They just phoned him, and flat out lied - told him they had a higher bid in place and he was going to lose purchase and he shouldn't even bother continuing with any of the conveyancing/mortgage applications that had already begun. Now I know that property it a cut-throat market, but these kind of tactics against first-time homebuyers or any homebuyer for that matter is just malicious, sneaky, under-handed and honestly despicable. I sincerely hope whoever manages your branch is sacking someone this minute for such disgusting behaviour. One star because you can't give less.
