From the outset it was great experience and pleasant conversations through out.
Initially Mr. Dan helped a lot during the viewing and promptly selected me as the tenant by the landlord and the Bridges.
There after took over by Ms. Claire who was so nice and dedicated with her work.

Long one but I’ve rented of these guys for 6years they never fixed anything at the property they’d send someone to look then he make notes and drive of never to be seen again
Then we was getting evicted as landlord was selling the property asked bridges for help to find a new place in 6-8months I had multiple calls saying sorry we don’t have anything for you for you in your price range then would send me property’s a day later by email that I could afford even after saying there’s nothing they can do ?
Got to a point where I just started ignoring them because it was constant lies about how they called me or booked viewing for us but didn’t even bother to tell me anything or send me the address I.e I had a booking for a Friday lunch booked I took the day of work went there and nobody was their I then had a email 3days later asking if I wanted to arrange a viewing that was already meant to be booked ?
I email back saying it was booked for Friday and nobody turned up I was then told it was my fault because I didn’t pick up a imaginary phone call that Friday saying it’s cancelled ON THE DAY I was meant to view it they knew days in advance and couldn’t be bothered to tell me then tried to blame me for it saying because because they couldn’t call right ? I then sent back my call log book which had one missed call from work and my partner but not one from bridges on the day they said they called
Bridges are absolutely great when it comes to help people give them money but rent of them for 5-6 years you just get forgotten and as soon as you need to leave they don’t care they just want the money from the sale of the house
If your looking to start renting with bridges I would avoid it because after a year like I said your forgotten your just another load of cash coming in to the pocket as soon as they want you out that’s it no help to move no advice to move nothing radio silence untill you complain and even then they ignore you I’ve put in two official complaints I’ve had phone calls about these complaints from bridges and still absolutely nothing changed

Probably the single worst rental experience of our life.
Me and my pregnant partner rented a property with Bridges in Aldershot in September 2023, few days before move in date the move in coordinator sent us an e-mail saying that the “plan” had changed because the tenants at the time did not leave at the time they should have, it goes without saying this caused a major disruption and left us homeless for a week. considering that my partner was heavily pregnant at the time we decided to accept the delay, when we tried to call the coordinator to look for updates they were dismissive and did not seem to care much. We have then been served notice afte less than a year in the property due to the landlord needing the property back , however we suspect that they have advertised a short let property as a long let instead due to the specific nature of the notice, we accepted the notice however we found out that Bridges decided to extend the notice without us accepting it by one week, they justyfied the fact saying that “they have to do inventory checks”, this is of course at our expenses and when we pointed out we did not need more than 2 months notice they just ignored it so we will have to fight back for our deposit.
If you are a tenant in the Rushmoor area, please stay away from Bridges and rent a property with someone else instead.

All 3 lettings agents have their good and bad points.
One good point for Bridges is that I have been allocated a Property Manager, which means a single dedicated point contact for issues associated with my properties. That approach is beneficial in efficiency and consistency in the management of my portfolio.
For the record, that Property Manager is Kirsty Kisko. Kirsty is responsive, experienced, knowledgeable, professional, and a real credit to the Bridges team.

I submitted an enquiry for a flat that was unfortunately already taken, however Sean (Senior Client Manager) was great at asking for my requirements to help look for a new flat. I found another property of interest and he was quick to respond and get me booked in for a viewing the same day.
That afternoon I then met Sean's colleague Sabrina to view the property. She was very friendly and professional, showing me all aspects and features of the property, answered all questions I had and talked me through the process of putting in an offer.
I received a call from Sean the following day to tell me my offer had been accepted and what to expect next from the Bridges team as a tenant.
Overall a really lovely experience so far - Sean and Sabrina have been very professional, kind and approachable and would recommend getting in touch with them.

January, four years ago, I was dreading a big company like Bridges taking over from my lovely "private" Estate Agent as she was retiring. I thought Bridges would be so very impersonal, me just being a tiny fish in a huge Ocean, just a name on paper among thousands,who would have to fight tooth and nail for anything I may need help with. How wrong I was. Bridges,as a Company, has proved to be an exceptional one, more like a huge friendly family who bend over backwards to provide professional help and support.
I now also have the lovely Kirsty Kisko as my Property Manager and couldn't wish for anyone better, most definitely an asset to the Aldershot Lettings Team. Any issues she deals with promptly and professionally yet with caring and kindness, meeting her at the Property Visits is always a delight. Should you be lucky enough to get her as your Property Manager I'm sure all your expectations and more will be met.

Hands down the worst Agency I've dealt… and I have been renting for years. From the first offer falling through, to putting an offer on another rental property and waiting for days with no communication/update and having to constantly chase. To trying to arrange a second viewing of the property before moving in, but being ignored...to then moving in to find out the Landlord had removed the built in wardrobes, which meant having to fork out extra money. Would've been nice to have been told beforehand! To not being told that we'd need access to a key for the carpark barrier so the removal van could enter the carpark to unload our furniture etc.(luckily a neighbour helped us out) We've also only received one fob to enter the building, when there's 2 of us. So inconvenient. A week later, still waiting for another fob, no update as to how long this will take. And the worst part of all- being told by the Landlord (by chance) that he will be selling the property within the next 6-12 months and that Bridges Hook knew this from the start. They conveniently withheld this information from us throughout the whole process, offering a 12 month
minimum long-term let...knowing full well that wouldn't be the case. I emailed them 2 day's ago as I want an explanation...haven't had a response! Communication is terrible and has been throughout. I'm shocked that such important information was withheld knowing full well we were looking for a long-term let. They are dishonest.

After having to serve a Section 21 on my tenants and a very challenging time of 8 years with Romans the following people saved my sanity. I recently moved into a rented apartment in Camberley. I was keen to move quickly once the landlord had accepted my application and I have to say that the service from Bridges was exceptional. The entire process from start to finish was seamless, from finding the property with Nina, viewing the property with Mitch and completing the Tenancy agreement with Keah. What stood out for me was the fact that they all seemed to talk to each other, which is not always the case nowadays with the left arm not knowing what the right arm is doing. Once the landlord had accepted my application, Keah kept me entirely informed and supported my desire to complete the referencing process as quickly as possible with not a single hiccup!

It was a complete mess. This was my first time, we used agents to rent out our house. We had to dealt with many problems and learned big lesson by hiring the worst company. Hence, it was the first time and we thought giving it to agent like them would help but they are the waste of time and money. Their customer service is worst as well. They don’t listen what you say. They want to manipulate landlord to make the tenants happy. They wants to rip off landlords as much as they can.

We visited the Aldershot Lettings Office of Bridge's Estate Agents.
We were approached straight away from a member of the team, asking if we needed any help, after explaining what we were after, they asked us to have a seat and someone will be with us shortly.
A few minutes later, we met another member of the team, who sat down with us and allowed us to explain what exactly we wanted.
During the conversation, they took down everything we were asking, the whole time we were there, we were not rushed, we were in the Office for best part of 30 minutes. Martin was amazing, we couldn't have asked for anyone better to handle our requests.
We had been to a few other Estate Agent's that day and out of them all Bridge's were the only ones to take the time to listen to us and not rushing us out the door.
Bridge's were the only ones to come back to us with properties that we were looking for.
We put an offer in on one and within 2 and a half weeks we're getting the keys to move in. It was a seemless process from Start to Finish.
We can't THANK Martin and Hannah and all the other team members enough for everything they have done in getting us to this point, even answering all our silly questions.
We hope NOT to have to use an Estate Agent again for some time, but if we find we do, Bridge's will be the First Port of Call if not the only.
There is a reason there boards are shaped like a heart!, They Care and they LOVE what they do!

Terrible service, no communication with homeowner. Does what ever they want to do with fixing and exchange without homeowners consent and invoice the house owner.
I feel as a homeowner they only give importance to the tenants and ignore the homeowners.
There is always extra charges and double charges sometime to fix the same problem.

I have rented with Bridges 1 year and a half ago and all went smoothly. I must say that this was probably because our agent was Sean Hanly. He was prompt and answered my emails straight away, without 'faf' and to the point.
I am trying to rent another smaller place with them for my mother for her to live closer to us. I was shown around by different agents, I have put an offer in and I got nothing back, the lady that was handling the property was sick and I called, spoke with 2 different ladies but they didn't call back. In the end I went there and spoke with Sean who solved the issue within a few hours in the next working day.
I gave 5 stars overall as in the end I have received a good service but I believe it matters what agent one gets if they are able to listen to the specifics of each client's needs or not, if they are able to recognise how getting a certain property is very important in someone's quality of life comparing with others who maybe they just need a property at certain prices. Being able to recognise that makes a good agent.

Utterly atrocious. The level of incompetence and unprofessional behaviour is beyond belief. Everything from failing to check the inventory to intentionally withholding keys (they're in the agents car and will be dropped off this evening - they weren't).
I'll post the full email exchanges once I'm done with getting my keys as they'll no doubt respond with some excuse or another. Save yourself the hassle and manage the property yourself through one of the online brokers.

Bridges are just the best. I've rented my flat out with them for over a decade, and they've been nothing assiduous when it comes to dealing with the issues that come up. I opted to sell my flat through them as well, and after the initial sale fell through, they were all over the problem and found another buyer double-quick time. If you're renting a place out, make sure you get Lauren Perks to look after it. And if you're selling, Phil Gascoyne and Josh Winton are also great. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

They guy on the phone sounded so not interested in what l am saying that he was in a rush to hang up with a promise that he will send me available properties on my email and nothing so far for two days. After having an offer confirmed on a property, myself and my partner were extremely excited to be moving into what we deemed to be a dream home!
An appointment was made for a second viewing on the property, in which I arrived, albeit much to the surprise of the owners who just simply were not informed.
This is where things began to do drastically wrong.
Shortly leaving the property on this Saturday in question, I was greeted with an incredibly aggressive phone call from a lady called Laura from the Aldershot branch, who’s opening line to me was “who the hell do you think you are turning up to my clients’ house “uninvited”.
After attempting to explain my side of the story, it was made very clear to me that “after today’s events, you will not win this house. I’m giving it to someone else”.
Last thing Monday, a phone call was made by the director of the branch, a very deceiving character by the name of Frank, went out of his was to make contact with my vendors, informing them that my chain had collapsed, and that MY buyers (my house was sold STC), has decided to pull out of the purchase (absolutely NOT TRUE).
Throughout this process, another offer had been made, but had been dismissed as the couple chose us as they very much liked and respected our story, (we were risking our wedding fund to secure the property).
For no other reason other than malicious intent, Frank decides to pass forward the fabricated story of my “weak chain”, causing the vendors to quite rightly panic, and decide to withdraw their offer of selling to us. All the while, Frank creating another fabricated justification stating it was “due to financial reasons”, in that we were outbid.
With no option to come back with a counter offer, Bridges Aldershot deemed the case to be closed, and informed us that the deal was done.
So, no dream house. All down to a fabricated lie.
Thank you Frank, Laura, and the rest of the incompetent staff at Bridges for yet another horrendous experience, and for causing absolutely devastation for my family.

closed for the w/e and the only emergency numbers are not for flooding issues! I rent a first floor maisonette and am very concerned that if the cistern crack gets worse, my neighbours flat downstairs, (privately owned) , will experience a ceiling leak over this weekend.

If only zero stars was an option! Constantly fail me as a landlord. DO NOT USE THEM. initially finding a tenant was seemingly difficult for them, getting references and credit checks was hard for them, even setting a start date for the tenancy and communicating this to the person living in the property at the time, and now my tenants have gone without heating and hot water for 8 days (And agents didn't inform me) because the property managers seem to get confused over other properties they manage?! massive lack of urgency or initiative shown, also mega fails with GDPR. I can't wait to get rid of them at the end of the contract and manage my own property with less stress!

I know this is as I am solicitor in the field. Secondly don't deal with any maintenance issues. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, AND RENT FROM AN AGENT WHO WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT!! Customet service is despicable. Been told three times I would recieve a call back from Lynne and never did. My renewal is up today (2nd dec) and not heard a thing. I work in the industry and normally you are meant to hear at least 2 weeks prior to your renewal date what the situation is and not heard a thing still to this day even after chasin three of four times. Also with regards to my inspection, my property managers emails me a date and time, I take the day off then emails me a week later saying I will be round tomorrow at 12.00. When my inspection is still not due for another week. Communication and customer service is outrageous. Do not recommend at all.

Being first time buyers is a daunting prospect and the learning curve is steep but bridges have made many aspects of the process smooth and stress free.
Zoe Compton at bridges was fantastic throughout and chased solicitors and the developers from the get go, pulled many strings and kept everything moving like clock work.
Sometimes it feels like pulling teeth when dealing with solicitors and mortgage companies so to have someone in your corner helping you along the way is really helpful.

We booked a viewing of a property to let with this agency. Sadly non of our basic expectations were met. Agency had not informed the current tenants about a viewing and bless them they were kind and let us in to wait for an agent whilst try to sort out why there was no proper communication.
Agent arrived completely unprepared to answer basic questions - heating, council band etc. We wasted our time and money travelling to get such an unprofessional service. Never had this previous experience with any other agencies.
Can you imagine having visitors or family for a dinner or just so - what happened in our case, tenants were not expecting any appointment. Agent was late and unable explain sufficiently to both parties how this had happened. Saying it wasn't his fault. If we asked any details of the property they said they would need to find out.
Very disappointing service and would recommend people booking viewings with this estate agency to make sure they are doing their due diligence to avoid such a things like we did.

I am a Landlord using Bridges for the past 9 years since we bought our Flat in Farnborough. They have the best team in the different departments from finding Tenants to passing info on to the check in clerks and then Accounts to sort out the finances.
They have been very efficient from start to finish for every Tenant that has arrived and departed.
There are always other Agents trying to get us to swap our Agents but we would not do this !

The customer service we have received lately has been terrible. My boyfriend and I have been renting with Bridges since October 2016. In November (2017) our boiler started playing up and we kept having to reset it morning and evening in order to get heating and hot water. After someone came out to diagnose the problem it then became a chasing game. After numerous times calling bridges as well as speaking to the contractors directly, finally someone came out to ‘fix it’. Again 3 days before Christmas someone else came out to ‘fix it’. We’ve had contractors out to our property 3-4 times now to fix the boiler. We are now at the end of February (2018) in minus temperatures, snow and our boiler still isn’t fixed. November - February. 4 months without a properly working boiler in Winter. We had a member of staff from Bridges visit us on the 6th February (to do a mid term review) as well the last time a contractor come to fix the boiler. I called Bridges two days later and said that the boiler issues had not been resolved. The contractor who last came out said “i’ve done all I can do. If the problem persists, it’s the circuit board”. Since our mid term review with Bridges on the 6th and speaking to them on the 8th the only correspondence I’ve had is an email on the 16th - “With regards to the ongoing boiler issue I am speaking with the contractor at the moment as they have been out a number of times”. It is now the 28th February. 20 days in total to speak with the contractors. Bridges seem more concerned with completing the mid term review reports than actually fixing the major issue we have. I’m so disappointment and have become so disheartened. I feel like it’s a waste of my time constantly chasing when all I get is the same response. It’s ridiculous and inexcusable how long this is taking to resolve.

Esther has been extremely friendly & approachable whilst remaining professional. When our last renewal on our rented flat was due I explained to Esther that we were considering downsizing to a cheaper property as we're trying to save up to buy our first property together, Esther went above & beyond by liaising with our landlord which resulted in our rent remaining the same for the next year, when all previous years it had increased. This has meant a great deal to us, not only because our savings have dramatically increased already but we didn't have to go through the hassle of moving out of a property we love! We have been with Bridges since 2010 who have been fully managing our buy to let property and they have been professional and extremely courteous at all times- they know their job and do it extremely well - we are happy to recommend them to other landlords and tenants alike

As current tenants with bridges aldershot who are great as a whole, but Esther Nichols has been working with us from day 1 and has always an amazing agent of ours, she has always been most helpful. Her experience and knowledge goes beyond just selling/letting a property She is both friendly and professional in her approach And we always have a great time seeing her. Even if I see her around town casually we always end up having a chat. She makes the experience truly amazing.

We rented a property through Bridges Estate Agents in Aldershot and the service was exceptional. We are expats here, so we had additional checks to complete, one being related to home office whilst waiting on a visa extension. Esther bent over backwards and made all the calls and pulled all the strings she needed to in order for us to he compliant with the rental agreement legally. She really did go above and beyond her requirements. As a result we got all the paperwork done and signed just in time for us to move in. As a tenant, Anna has been a great rep for us and the landlords. She is kind and understanding and everything is dealt with promptly. I highly recommend this team.

Bridges have been managing a rental property for me since February 2015. I am a first time Landlord and I have appreciated their professional manner in my dealings with them.
We had a couple of payment issues recently which were sorted out by Jess Godbold in no time at all.
Based on my experiences, I give Bridges five stars and would reccomend them as managing agents.

Brilliant service from Frank, Nikki and the team.
they were with us all the way, were very pro active and made it seem like nothing was a problem for them. Frank in particular was brilliant and even after our original buyer pulled out he gave us confidence in him to manage the situation and find us another buyer which he did quite quickly. Nikki was also fantastic in the after sales department and helped us along without any issues.
I would definitely use bridges again and would recommend to friends and family.

We placed our property on the market on Saturday and we accepted an offer on Sunday at a price that we were happy with. Alex Katsaros promised he would get the property sold quickly and his confidence proved correct. We have sold and purchased a number of properties over the past few years and we can say that Alex and the team at Bridges have been the most helpful and dynamic. We have never had an estate agents that include a progress chaser before , and we feel that the efforts of Nikki Best in this area were key to both exchanging and completing within a short time. Nikki kept us fully updated , sometimes on a daily basis . We would not hesitate in using Bridges again or recommending to family and friends.

very disappointed in bridges john did not seem interested in showing my wife and i the property with that we put a offer in and john left us hanging i had to phone up to see if it was accepted it was not so we spoke to david and upped our offer£5000 over the asking price and david said i will pass it on to john it was down to me again to phone up and ask if it was expted to be told that it was not ? raised voices by john near to shouting at me very immature rubbish service would not recommend to any one honesty best policy
