We made an offer on a property in Sandhurst in March. Property was not in the best condition but we made it clear that we didn't mind doing the work(lots). We have been very transparent from the beginning with the sales person that we have just listed our property (even provided our agent details). They reluctantly accepted our offer and then told us that the vendor decided to accept another offer. We understand that we were not 'proceedable' at that stage, fair enough. However, that property was back in the market (even now) as I am writing this review but not a single call to us to even inquire if we were still interested. Found that rather amusing as they have 'decided' that we were either not qualified or can't afford that property. It is quite common for any property buyer to have a chain but we were 'written off' completely because of that. Anyways, we have found and our offer is accepted on another property also in Sandhurst at a £115k more than this property that Bridges is trying to sell. The sales person from this other company have been so professional, understanding, polite and worked with us so well. To expedite things, we have even accepted a lower offer on our current property so that we are 'proceedable'. The reason I am writing this review is because we felt 'written off' and judged and that is just so wrong. Lots to learn from your excellent competitor and btw, having a chain is completely normal.... Read more

We initially met David, when buying our new property and he was welcoming, professional, and treated us with utmost kindness. He provided us with a seamless tour through the property and detailed all the factors regarding the house with an inspiring enthusiasm and passion.
