Alfie Borszcz arrived at our house at 45 Riverdale to carry out his valuation in March 2021 and was very courteous and friendly from the start. He explained the procedure of the valuation and the various aspects of the sale process very clearly and was very enthusiastic and encouraging about the house during the tour we gave him. He was very pleased when we gave him the news that we had decided to appoint him as our Estate Agent for the sale of the house. He was completely trust worthy and kept us informed every step of the way, advising us when we needed it and supported us through some very tricky periods which arose concerning the sale and encouraged and reassured our buyer during a particularly difficult stage when we thought it was all going to fall apart. We highly recommend him to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property.

I would highly recommend Alfie from Bridges in farnham without any hesitation. Alfie was very clear and thorough in our initial valuation appointment and was also more than prepared to listen to my views and answer any questions I had. Alfie was able to secure a sale on my property within days of listing using his list of potential buyers and matching them up before we had even put the for sale sign up! There were a few bumps at the beginning of our chain which left me feeling frustrated and even tempted to pull out at times but Alfie kept things on an even keel for us going above and beyond to make sure all went through ok and that I was constantly kept informed. His calm, patient and happy nature is exactly what we needed. Thanks Alfie! We are so grateful!

We recently sold with Bridges and they were supportive friendly and always professional. Alfie led our sale and without him I don’t think that we would have got there. We sold pretty quickly but there were problems with the chain more than once - he worked tirelessly to help us think through the best options to reconnect the chain and then almost single handedly managed the entire chain of solicitors - fantastic. Would highly recommend Alfie and the Bridges team.

Pretty poor experience. I'm a first-time buyer and contacted them about some properties (and listed them twice in different emails), for further information and potential viewings. Nobody has come back to me. Clearly not interested. They had 2 properties I especially wanted to view because my offer was rejected for a similar property nearby. Their loss!
