Michelle has been an excellent property manager throughout my tenancy. She has always been friendly, professional and approachable, making communication easy whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance. Any maintenance issues I’ve raised have been dealt with promptly, and she’s kept me updated throughout the process.<br><br>My recent property inspection was a very positive experience, and Michelle was both courteous and encouraging throughout. Bridges have been excellent from start to finish. Steven Hubbard was particularly helpful in getting our house on the market and successfully sold. Communication was excellent throughout, and we were always given comprehensive feedback after viewings.<br><br>Once we had accepted an offer, the high level of customer service continued. Hayley Levy in Sales Progression was an essential part of the process. She was proactive, kept everything moving as quickly as possible, and was always on hand to keep us updated.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful to the whole team for making what can be a stressful process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
