Sarah has been absolutly fantastic throughout the entire process often going above and beyond. I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! I had two viewings with Emma at Brockenhurst, and I found the whole experience smooth, hassle free, pressure free and informative. She really knew her stuff, was timely, friendly and informative and generally just everything you could possibly hope for when viewing a house. Highly, highly recommended!

After deciding to sale our home, we approached Brockenhurst Estate Agent's.
From my first meeting at the office with Karen, and Sarah visiting our home and carrying out the evaluation the team has been great.
Emma who came to our home to carry out the viewings was very good.
She attend a meeting and spoke to us about the house, to be up on information about the area and house, to help with viewings.She notified us of the viewing time.
When at the house she was very engaging with the viewers.
Then afterwards, gave good feed back. She was very good at listening to us, and kept us up to date. When we had an offer she informed us immediately
A great team all around.

Viewing of property was carried out very efficiently. Emma was knowledgeable and well informed about the house and answered queries or made helpful suggestions, which is a pleasant change! In my experience agents/guides are not always familiar with the property and cannot add any more to what is already in the brochure. Thank you Emma

So far very happy with the sales process and glad we chose Brokenhurst. The team, especially Sarah, Emma and Karen, worked with tenacity to list and sell the house quickly, even managing to get viewings in the day after we signed the paperwork! They’ve helped guide us (first time sellers) through the process and have kept us informed at every step so far.

Really good service throughout our house buying process.
Sarah and Karen were great when we were looking for a new house, found us plenty of options and kept us up to date throughout.
Once we had an offer accepted Jo was also brilliant in helping us get through to completion and dealing with any issues with solicitors etc.

Sarah was determined to find our next home as she knew we had been looking for several years. She was a great help and gave her vision of each place we saw. It was really useful to tap into her experience. She did find us our home too. Jo the move manager has been helping us with the next stage of the purchase. Excellent service from initial enquiry to completion from Sarah and Karen at Brockenhurst in Whitchurch. Viewings were lined up before the advert went live and we were sold in around a week! Great communication throughout to ensure we knew where all parties were at in the process. Also good value compared to other options available.

Very good service, 8 weeks from signing up with Brockenhurst in Whitchurch to completion. We had a tight time line and Sarah had buyers lined up before the property even went online, very competitive rates compared to others.

We recently used Brockenhurst for a purchase and sale transaction and couldn't be happier!
They were happy to show us around the house we were interested in as many times as we needed to feel comfortable.
They helped and advised us in the sale of our home, and we ended up with an offer after just 2 weeks being on sale, incidentally at exactly the price they had originally suggested!
During the sale they helped keeping the chain moving, chasing up solicitors (who were as useless as ever) and keeping us updated. Excellent service overall and would be happy to use them again.

So pleased to have David and Sarah open again in the office after lockdown. I started my rental through them over 5-and-a-half years ago. Since then I have had prmpt, professional, friendly service the whole time, whether it was for an issue with the house or any query. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I can honestly say that I feel part of their extended family, regularly popping in to say "Hi" if passing.
