Brockenhurst have been fantastic from start to finish, starting off with our initial meeting with Sarah discussing our sale and requirements for a new home to Julie taking the open days getting a buyer swiftly for our house and with our move manager Dawn, who has been amazing with all the running around chasing to ensure the whole chain are on the same page. Highly recommend anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, communicative estate agents.

We contacted Kristian at Brockenhurst re viewing a property. It wasn’t as smooth running as we thought, as we were on holiday. However, Kristian did his utmost to accommodate us. He was really helpful with information and all questions were answered. He wasted no time in informing us that our offer had been accepted. One of the worst experiences I have had. Incompetence doesn’t cover it. As someone who demands reliability and integrity I would not use this company. They are poor at communicating and when direct emails are sent they are ignored. If you are a seller I would choose another company as they will more than likely lose you clients. As a buyer I would go direct to the owner of the property and make an off the cards offer and cut them out.

Sarah has been absolutly fantastic throughout the entire process often going above and beyond. I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! Thank you so much Brockenhurst!
