All of the properties in our house-moving chain were with the Oakley branch of Brockenhurst. I really can’t fault them. They have been friendly, efficient, reliable and responsive every step of the way. Once all the sales were agreed, they didn’t step back as I expected. They assigned a member of staff to aid communication and do everything they could to facilitate the exchange of contracts. This was extremely helpful and, I’m sure, sped the process up. Rosie was fantastic today. Really helpful and informative on the phone, and felt like she was working with us rather than just for the landlord. Great show around, where she was engaging and able to answer all of our questions.

Brockenhurst have been excellent from the start. Our initial meeting with Lou gave us confidence in all aspects of their services. The photos and marketing were great and we secured lovely tenants within a couple of weeks. Both Lou and Rosie are extremely good at making us feel 'looked after' by taking all the pressure away from us. We are really happy with Brockenhurst who are continuing to manage our property and would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Sarah has been absolutly fantastic throughout the entire process often going above and beyond. I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! Thank you so much Brockenhurst!
