We sold our home through Brockenhurst in Overton. The stand-out support for us was from Aidan Le Croix. Throughout our home-selling process Aidan was incredibly communicative. He promptly answered calls and emails and even set up a group chat to keep us informed about every development. His calm approach was particularly helpful towards the end of the process with numerous challenges in the chain and went above and beyond to keep the process moving. He even helped us post sale when parcels were delivered to our old address. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Sarah has been absolutly fantastic throughout the entire process often going above and beyond. I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! One of the worst experiences I have had. Incompetence doesn’t cover it. As someone who demands reliability and integrity I would not use this company. They are poor at communicating and when direct emails are sent they are ignored. If you are a seller I would choose another company as they will more than likely lose you clients. As a buyer I would go direct to the owner of the property and make an off the cards offer and cut them out.
