The complete team got to know us from the start and all were very responsive to any questions regarding the sale. The selling strategy utilised was very good which allowed a well organised viewing process within a short period of time. Communication throughout was excellent.

From the outset, Matthew and Aiden were very supportive in selling our house.
After we had accepted an offer, Ashlea was instrumental in pushing the deal through the various solicitors up and down the chain. Without her, the whole thing could easily have fallen apart so a massive thank you to the whole team for helping us through this tricky time.
A lot of people put an estate agents down. for helping us through this tricky time.

We recently completed our house purchase, and although Aidan was the estate agent acting for our onward sellers, he was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. His communication was consistently excellent — he kept us updated at every stage, checked in regularly, and made sure we always knew what was happening in the chain.
Aidan went out of his way to touch base with us, even though we weren’t his direct clients, which really helped reduce the stress of the process. He was proactive, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout.

We sold our house through Brockenhurst in Basingstoke and were very pleased with the service from start to finish. The team were professional, approachable, and kept us well informed throughout the whole process in particular Aidan!!
They provided a realistic valuation, handled viewings efficiently, and communicated clearly at every stage, which made the sale far less stressful than we expected. Aidan particularly has dealt with any questions with promptly and we always felt confident that our sale was being managed properly.
Overall, a reliable and knowledgeable estate agent who delivered a smooth and successful sale. We would happily recommend Brockenhurst Basingstoke to anyone looking to sell their property.

5 Star - Ashlea (Rockstar), Kristian, Aidan
We found our forever home with Brockenhurst and within 2 weeks we had our house photographed, listed, sold at a good price we were happy with, offer submitted and offer accepted. 2 weeks sounds fast, but the team were so good that we never felt rushed. Kristian led us through all the different considerations and made it so easy. Whenever Kristian was unavailable, Aidan was always around to be just as helpful and professional.
During the legal section, Ashlea was amazing. I genuinely don't think the completion would have gone through before Christmas if it wasn't for the organization and tenacity of Ashlea, who always managed to be cheerful and positive, even when dealing with solicitors on the daily. A very special thank you to her.
I'd happily recommend Brockenhurst and the team for both selling and purchasing a property. The post-sale care and service was excellent.
Now, to unpack the hundreds of boxes!

Sarah has been absolutly fantastic throughout the entire process often going above and beyond. I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! Thank you so much Brockenhurst!

The team at Brockenhurst Basingstoke have been fantastic from start they were assisting throughout the purchase, the move and finding us a suitable tenant
Lou has been absolutely brilliant about being present for every single viewing
,going through the detail of every fixture in the property and keeping me up-to-date with the progress on applications in the end found me a very suitable tenant
.The transition has been fantastic. She worked really hard to get the references going and getting my property occupied in time. I cannot thank her enough for the guidance and patience she’s shown in getting this property up and running

Can't say enough about these guys. David is amazing, always responsive, answers all my questions, was great at keeping me in the loop with any changes and even answered his phone on a weekend when he wasn't working.
