Unfortunately there is no option to leave no stars. Our experience with Connells Estate Agency has been disappointing and frustrating. Despite choosing to seel our house with them due to their familiarity, we encountered poor communication and unprofessionalism throughout the process. From inaccurate advice provided by their mortgage advisor which led to delays and unnecessary stress and wasting money on our part, to feeling pressured to accept offers from investors, it became clear that our interests as clients were not prioritised. Despite assurances, the agency failed to address our concerns effectively, leaving us with a lack of confidence in their reliability and credibility. Overall, if you want to have a stress free, professional sale DO NOT choose Connells to present your home to the market!

Connells were helpful and courteous throughout all negotiations.My main dealings were with the Beggarwood branch where the staff were helpful ,prompt in their responses to my multiple questions and appeared genuinely interested in progress of both sale and purchase.
I would specifically mention Kai - amazingly patient and cheerful with this very anxious client.

Had a fantastic experience selling my property through Connells Beggarwood. Kai and his team were efficient and professional throughout, providing regular updates and feedback. Alicia found us a great mortgage and was also very helpful and informative. I highly recommend them.

We found Kai, Angus and the team to be friendly, accommodating and professional. Having considered 3 companies, connells advised putting our house on for more than the others which was a gamble at the time. What they may have lacked in comparable experience, they made up in delivery. They worked with us and we sold for £10k more than the other 2 companies had suggested. The house had 4 viewings within 3 weeks of going on the market and 3 offers which in our books is a great ratio despite an horrific year. Our only niggle is we would have liked more updates from them as it did feel as though we were nudging them at times in comparison to the experience with our sellers agents. BUT this is a minor point. The team did the job for a competitive price in a great timeframe.

Myself and my partner were buying our first home and had no idea were to start, what to ask or how the whole process worked. Alicia was our mortgage consultant and she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was really informative and helped us understand and explore all mortgage options available, to ensure we were getting the best mortgage for us. Zoe was our negotiator and she was also brilliant and allowed myself and partner to visit the property multiple times at our convenience. The communication was great, they both kept us up-to-date throughout the whole process. We have just spent our first couple of days in our new home and couldn’t be happier.

I came to Connells looking for a mortgage advisor for my first property and was served by Alicia. During what turned out to be a challenging process, my advisor was responsive and attentive, going above and beyond to try and make sure my deadlines were achieved. I relied on her to be my main point of contact between the solicitors and the lender. Nothing was too much to ask. I would recommend to anyone.

Connells Estate Agents in Basingstoke was excellent to us. Enzo helps us will excellent deal with bank and also advice with amazing solicitor. I will highly recommend Enzo. He is very friendly and answer all our questions. Now after 3months we have our new home.

The property was bought thru Purplebricks and I have to say they communication with us and the owner was very poor. We hardly could get hold of anyone there.
