They were interested in us and the property and worked with us to find the best way to market our property. We would definitely recommend Fisher German and shall certainly use them again in the future if there is a need, they definitely go above and beyond!

We got off to a very disappointing start with this particular office but Charlie, once she took the reins, truly saved the day. I will miss her!

26th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Sarah has been absolutly fantastic throughout the entire process often going above and beyond. I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! Thank you so much Brockenhurst!
23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)They kept us hanging on with a potential buyer who obviously wasn’t going to buy and withdrew after 6 months. We gave Downers the required 4 weeks notice they asked for, and they immediately (same day) withdrew our advert on Rightmove and took down the For Sale sign. They said we would still need to pay them if we found a buyer during that 4 weeks. We eventually sold without an estate agent.- 17th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

Ross and his team at Graham and Co made the navigation of our house sale a far less stressful process than we had imagined it would be. They were with us every step of the way, and we really appreciated their "hand holding" for a process that is often billed as one of the most stressful things in life to navigate through. There was no hard sell of their services, they delivered what they said they would, and were always available if we needed extra reassurance or had any questions. We would highly recommend Graham and Co to anyone wanting a professional, honest and hard working estate agent who are a pleasure to deal with at all stages of the sale process.
17th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)I got the keys to my flat on the 3rd of November 2023. I can honestly say it wouldn’t have happened without the dedication of Ellie at Butters John Bee Nantwich. I had an absolutely terrible time with my solicitors and Ellie honestly was a light in the dark. Not only did she chase the solicitors at one point daily but she was always there with an update between me and the seller. The team was so friendly and although I’m not looking to sell any time soon, I would wholeheartedly recommend them. I even got a lovely box of goodies when I got the keys.

Matthew from outset exceeded service expectations and was the most professional and thorough sales negotiator of the three companies we approached. Tracey did an amazing job in progressing the sale, and our onward purchase too. All other staff, including Bethan and Elizabeth, were excellent too. There is a good feeling of teamwork in the office. However, Kristian did his utmost to accommodate us. He was really helpful with information and all questions were answered. He wasted no time in informing us that our offer had been accepted. When other estate agencies were very dismissive I found Barbers looked past my previous circumstances. Thankyou so much for helping me obtain my new home!

We went with Matthew at Currans because he was so enthusiastic about the property and he gave us a detailed assessment of how he had valued the property which was really appreciated. The property sold quickly due to the excellent way it was presented. We were very happy with Matthew and the Curran’s Team.
