A great experience with the Brockenhurst team, Sue in particular from start to finish. Very professional and on hand to give good guidance and advice. Sue was always there with updates and guidance and managed and attended the viewings with potential buyers. Sue did a 5* job. Would highly recommend and use again.

Well if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Andy was ultra professional from the start and a real pleasure to deal with throughout. He was very genuine in his opinions and had a very detailed knowledge on the local market which certainly gave us confidence. At the initial meeting he gave us an honest value appraisal and this was backed up using details of similar properties that had recently sold in the area, which gave us great confidence that he had done his research. We were happy with the price Andy valued our house at and agreed to go to market. The entire marketing preparation and viewing process was easy and completed by a pleasant and very professional team. We had regular feedback and updates after every viewing, which came thick and fast. Our house sold within 5 weeks, so we have been so pleased with the service offered by Brockenhurst Estate Agents and Andy in particular. Thankyou Andy and hope you have a great 2024.

I hope I won’t be moving again soon, but in the event that I do, I’ll be calling Andy at Brockenhurst again.
I’ve experienced how stressful moving can be, but this time was worlds apart from before. Andy and the team took on all the “heavy lifting”, kept communication open and reassured me every step of the way. It’s clear they are an experienced and extremely customer focussed group. My old home sold within the desired time frame and Andy provided the white glove treatment. I’ve recommended the agents to everyone even thinking about moving in the area and will continue to do so!
