I don't think you could find a better photographer than Kevin and his experience and skills in house marketing are second to none. This was my first experience of selling a house and I was, naturally, pretty anxious about getting it right. When I approached Bruach Property and met Kevin Bruach, my worries disappeared and I knew I'd chosen the right agent to sell my late parent's house. Firstly, Kevin was extremely thoughtful and professional - he recognised that it was an emotionally difficult time for my family, and he treated us with genuine care and understanding. Kevin's valuable experience shone through, making the whole process fast, efficient and easy The photos and marketing team were excellent. I felt that Bruach Property were willing to go the extra mile with their marketing and it paid off - the sale price being 5K more than any other seller's quotes! I completely trust and recommend this agent's services to anyone buying or selling properties.

We sold our property in Bentinck Drive, Troon in late 2019 through Bruach. I had a few local agents come and value the property and explain their services but chose to go with Bruach as Kevin clearly knew his business and impressed me with his attention to detail and professionalism.

The photos he took of the house really made a difference and once they went live online we were inundated with good qualified viewing appointments. To our delight the house sold within days for full valuation price.

On date of completion the lawyers were dragging their heels as usual and Bruach were fantastic at helping resolve all issues and getting everything over the line.

Delighted with the service provided from Bruach and would not use anyone else in future.
