We used Burrows when selling our house. We had four estate agents value the house. Burrows valued it £15,000 more than the next best valuation. They had seven viewings in five days. We were made an offer lower than the asking price and through their advice we turned the offer down. Within 24 hours they got the full asking price. They were super from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Great service from Patrick and Chris regarding the sale of my property. They were always up to speed with each stage of the process and kept me well informed. The whole process was stress free and they were always on hand when we had any queries.
From valuation, pictures, viewings to sale agreed was 3 weeks and it allowed us to move quickly and secure our purchase of new property.

Highly reccomend Burrows. We have just sold our house through them and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. I have to give a special shout out to Patrick, who done majority of the show arounds and kept me up to date on everything, he was so polite, well mannered and friendly and felt like I had known him for ages he was that easy to get along with. All the team at Burrows are great, very professional and helpful. They kept in touch constantly through out my sale and always returned my calls or emails promptly. I brought my house through them 4 years ago, and didn't hesitate to go back with them to sell it. They also sold my girlfriends house very quickly. Highly recommended.
