I dealt with Toby Lake from the St Austell office, He is totally professional but extremely approachable at the same time. If I had a query it would be answered straight away weather on the phone or by e-mail. He provided all of the paperwork in a timely manner and confirmed the process every step of the way. We saw 3 agents and felt that Millerson's gave the best presentation. I liked the idea they have a full time chaser - I'm not sure if anyone else does but they certainly didn't say so. Their brochure presentation also looked to be better. All agents came to the same market-based price conclusions.... Read more

Four agencies carried out a valuation of our property. the agent from Millerson arrived with details of other properties for comparison. She used them to justify her valuation of our property, which was considerably more than any of the other three. Once the house was marketed on New Years Day we instantly had a buyer offering the asking price, who eventually bought our house. Despite the agent being on leave at the time she kept us well informed with the situation by email. From that point through to exchange of contracts earlier this week the sale has been progressed entirely to our satisfaction. That the office staff were able to ellicit a quick response from the agent when I had a concern was warmly welcomed, the use of email has improved these matters so much since we last moved! Pleasingly from the acceptance of the offer to the eventual completion the process has not taken as long as had been predicted. Millerson was not the most competetive quotation that we received but when the greatly enhanced sale price achieved is taken into consideration, it has be regarded as very good value. Not having moved for 25 years this has been an anxious period for my wife and I, I must say that the positivity of our agent, at times soothing frayed nerves will be remebered for a long time.
