Not to be trusted letting team are absolutely useless 4 years we lived with a leak!!! landlord Alec and his wife Nikki didn't care and we were told by the lettings Manager Neil we should be thankful we have a house. Even with council involved just didn't care .. Please use another letting agent AVOID at all costs you have been warned. Updated they even tried to take us for all our deposit even after 4 years of leaks mould and puddles. AVOID !!!! There should be no stars !!!!!! Luckily enough brains and dynamite ???? they accidentally put our deposit all the way through instant KARMA.. please do not trust them bunch of morons. Need to Close down let some professional rent properties to people. Avoid at all costs especially a property in Treningle View landlord Alec and Nikki you have been WARNED!!!!

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. They were communicative, calm, proactive and sorted out a little blip we experienced with minimal stress. They have outshone any other estate agents I’ve come across and I’d definitely recommend them.
28th Aug 2024 (19 days ago)We had a great experience with Harriette and the team at H Tiddy. We do not currently live in St Mawes so much of this was done remotely. The selection of properties on their books was excellent and the staff super helpful and always available. We had multiple visits to multiple properties, all of which were done around our travel needs. the team also helped with negotiating the best price and the best completion times. I highly recommend H Tiddy.

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.
