6th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)Absolutely first class service. We had a few blips along the way with an offer falling through and so we moved to Countrywide. From beginning to end the service from them was super efficient. They had a vision for how to sell the property and get an offer that worked for us. They absolutely delivered and we got a huge volume of support from Nicole and the team. They weren't the cheapest of the estate agents we spoke to but I honestly believe that the other agencies would not have got quite the return that we managed. So it paid for itself.
8th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Offer to buy a house was accepted and it was up to our surveyors to highlight a Grade 2 listing. Whilst Knight Frank ‘empathise’ we are at considerable out of pocket expense. Property now correctly advertised as listed and whatever the background of who claims what, the agent is expected to have carried out due diligence to confirm facts of what they are marketing. Knight Frank Exeter blame their customer and empathise with potential buyer where legislation states an agent must disclose all information before costs related to surveying or conveying are undertaken. However, this shoddy outfit shirk all responsibility; what a reflection of where we are in todays world. Referring to ombudsman as customer service are running on pastoral ‘empathy’ rather than address a problem where potential buyers remain considerably out of pocket. Our contract was with Knight Frank and their codes of ethics and standards where due diligence is the foundation. The Exeter office has failed miserably to address their duty of professional responsibility. Buyers (and sellers) beware! (investigation response was that "we didn't know, not out fault") With a pending county court claim all is resolved!
28th Mar 2024 (22 days ago)Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Thomas Kevern from Saltash Fox and Sons, who has been helping my mum with her new rental. From initial contact to arrange a viewing until getting the keys has only taken 7 working days. Tom has always delivered service with a smile and has taken the time to explain each step of the process to my mum. Can’t recommend his thoughtfulness and generosity of time enough as he made us feel very welcomed and assured every step of the way, in what has been a difficult move. She’s thrilled with her new home. Thank you.

Not to be trusted letting team are absolutely useless 4 years we lived with a leak!!! landlord Alec and his wife Nikki didn't care and we were told by the lettings Manager Neil we should be thankful we have a house. Even with council involved just didn't care .. Please use another letting agent AVOID at all costs you have been warned. Updated they even tried to take us for all our deposit even after 4 years of leaks mould and puddles. AVOID !!!! There should be no stars !!!!!! Luckily enough brains and dynamite ???? they accidentally put our deposit all the way through instant KARMA.. please do not trust them bunch of morons. Need to Close down let some professional rent properties to people. Avoid at all costs especially a property in Treningle View

They had seven viewings in five days. We were made an offer lower than the asking price and through their advice we turned the offer down. Within 24 hours they got the full asking price. They were super from start to finish. Highly recommend.
21st Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Enthusiastic agent. The photographer was thorough. Photographs were excellent. The person doing the house plan did a great job. Listings on several portals resulted in an acceptable offer in less than two weeks. The firm Cornish Bricks suggested to do the conveyancing have been spot on with keeping us informed about progress with the sale.

18th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)From the first dealings in the Hamilton office of Momo Homes to the conclusion of the sale of our property, all the staff were polite, friendly, courteous and professional in their dealings with us. They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!
