Ozzie, Kaz & Omar are the BEST! I recently relocated to London for work & contacted countless agents via email, property enquiries, phone calls & in person introductions but to no avail. I reached out about a let & the same night Kaz contacted me & the next day Ozzie took me to see 2 flats, one which I hadn't even seen advertised. I settled on a property that day, thanks to the knowledge & insight that Ozzie offered. This team walked this transplant through the letting process with patience & thoroughness. No question was too small.
Knowing that I was relocating with lots of heavy luggage & many stairs, Ozzie & Omar even carried my belongings to the 2nd floor, & Ozzie showed me the ins & outs of the flat, explaining differences I wouldn't have thought of until later. The guys still continue to check on me & they connected me with great landlords. I cannot say enough positive things about this trio!

Always be suspicious of a business that has no name sign displayed above the window for about 2 years. Literally a big empty space, rotting the fabric of the building underneath and a blight on the high street. Come on guys - do your bit to make the street look nice and encourage people to trust you and consider walking in. In their reply to this review they say 'we are happy to inform you that our shop front sign shall be completed very shortly'. That was over a year ago. The demonstration of this lie is literally on display every day. If this is what they consider 'very shortly' or pride in following through on your word I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

Never do business with this agency! Here's the situation: I found an apartment that I liked and that fit my budget, sent an application to the agency, after which the employees promised me for several days that they would arrange to view the apartment, but they never called, and when I called the agency myself, they told me that this property transferred to another client! to my question, why was this not reported, an outright lie!!!

The staff is all incredibly nice and helpful. I was moving from Dublin and had to fly over to do a viewing, and they suspended all other viewings until I arrived because of the cost involved. It was a really welcome gesture as 2 out of the 3 viewings I was meant to do for the day I flew in got cancelled. After viewing the place I was happy to go with it and they were very quick and efficient with the whole letting process. They were understanding of any complications and did their best to correct any issues with the property before I moved in.

These guys go far and beyond. Both in vetting prospective Tenants and also in ensuring the property will be the right fit for the Tennant(s). Manipulative, rude and unprofessional service. They failed to assess the state of the locks at the property I rent during the last inspection, and when the lock needed repair (during emergency hours), I rang an emergency locksmith, and IN Estates claimed that they could not send the bill to the landlady since I had been scammed by it. Easy route to avoid taking responsibility after the last inspection's failure. Dealing with lawyers now.

Although I have not rented a property via this Estate Agent as of yet, I was very impressed with their service in supporting me to consider a property recently. It was my own circumstances that meant I could not pursue this.
From start to finish, IN Estates were very responsive, friendly and flexible. It was apparent they care a lot about who they accept as tenants and meeting the needs of the landlords. I will strongly consider renting through their service in the future when looking again.

I did not get my deposit back yet since I moved out in January and their claims for that seems like a well practiced skim. I did not appreciate the "agent Ozzie behaviour most of the time and the Landlord kept himself at the background consenting to the unprofessional ways they both chose to sit on my money.
The landlord and his agent Ozzie came to my flat for inspection with three other men without informing me about bringing so much people to my flat for inspection during Covid 19 period without wearing a mask. They were not expecting to meet me at home. I was suppose to be at work that very day. This is my story. THE AGENT now INESTATES LTD is not trustworthy in my experience with them.
I am very much still waiting for my Deposit. I am very disappointed that this set of so called agency/ legal business people are part of the problem of the society today. They sit on people's money conveniently because they can.
As of today the 29th of August 2023 I still have not gotten by deposit. I worked hard for that money and you guys ( Inestate with the help of your move/ my deposit) conveniently sad on my money. There is no way on earth is anyone going to say that there was damage done to the property. I do have videos to prove that and more.
You have no right to enter into my paid space without my permission and your modified reply that there were damages done to the property needed to be laughed about.
Even a blind person sees that it is a collective effort to sit on my money because you guys operates a business.
Ozzie sending someone to the flat to change my door key without my consent and without any possible reason whatsoever is dubious and untrustworthy behaviour.
That should have been a red flag for me.
I think I should take this to the press.

As somebody who provides gas and heating services for IN estates, I can honestly say that they are one of the best estate agents I work for. When attending their managed properties, tenants have nothing but the best to say about them and thier quick response times. They pay a fair wage for a job well done and don't try and cut costs but using cheap labour or materials. Would definitely recommend them to tenants and landlords.

If i could give them 0 starts I would. They show up at your property unannounced and would walk into your room without even knocking. They made one of my flatmates homeless just to paint his room raise his rent by £400. They will serve you an eviction notice if you don’t agree to a 25% rent increase even if in your tenancy agreement it says that they can’t raise your rent by more than 10%. Honestly some really illegal stuff going on there.

Exceptional professional service from IN Estates. Have been dealing with Omar for years, and in that time he has always gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure an 11 out of 10 service.
With the addition of Ozzy they have further strengthened and renewed by adding another expert whom has years of experience.

Today I ended my tenancy and I am able to give a proper review about them. I stayed in such a lovely flat, very well designed and so comfortable that it was hard to leave.
From the first day to the last, Inestates and Kaz showed very professional yet friendly and considerate approach to all my issues, they concluded them in very short time. They were flexible at times I needed little extra time and I just couldn’t recommend them more. It’s hard to find an agency that cares for the tenants comfort in London. Great team, very professional and friendly. The whole renting process was quick and made very easy by these guys. Before now I’ve only rented with private landlords and the difference in response rate and help is astronomical, I used to have to beg my landlord to come fix any issues for weeks - with this team a single email and someone is over within 24 hours (depending on the seriousness of issue - they had someone over the same day). I’m very happy with the service and also Ozzie is always a text away in case I have any questions which I appreciate a lot ????????
