We'd not used Strettons in auction before but were aware of their strong regional presence in London E17 and beyond. Their surveyor Michael Mercer was hugely straightforward at all times, advising us of the pros and cons of auction, of the benefits of setting an achievable price, and other facets of the process such as contributions to legal fees, etc. Auction day was smooth, and the paperwork afterwards was dealt with efficiently and professionally. The Strettons service is recommended.

I can't speak highly enough of Strettons and Michael Mercer. The entire experience of dealing with them has been easy and straightforward. The rest of the team are friendly and efficient, and Michael is not only knowledgeable but also has the time to talk to you in detail and address all your questions. They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves.

Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here.
Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke.
I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

Disgraceful company charging extortionate service charge with no explanation. The money was clearly not used to make any supposed improvements so they have kept it in their pockets. Very corrupt company who need to be legally investigated, I'm sure they have stolen a lot from many people

As tenants of 5 years, we maintained our flat to high standards. Despite negotiating in good faith for a tenancy renewal amid a significant rent hike, we were informed of the landlord's decision to sell. This news came via email on a Saturday morning of a bank holiday weekend (effectively causing significant stress throughout what was supposed to have been a nice weekend!). Strettons, apart from one email redirecting us to the lettings team, did not actively assist in helping us find a new property.
After we vacated, the property shifted from a 'for sale' to a 'for let' listing! Additionally, the return of our deposit took nearly a month, with disputes arising over proposed deductions for what we deemed as wear and tear. It got to the point where we were ringing or emailing daily to enquire about when we'd expect a return of our deposit.
In summary, our experience with Strettons lacked the expected respect and appreciation for us as tenants, leaving room for improvement in tenant relations and deposit returns.
